STAAAYYY AWAYYY!!!!!!!!!Was told I could pay $1 for a week and the guy signed me up for the $40/ month without telling me. When I tried canceling he said I gotta pay $10 to cancel. The whole staff is a scam!!! Not to mention its the dirtiest and most unorganized gym I’ve ever been to.

Showed up at 5am this morning with atleast 30 other people being there but no one was there to open up in the freezing cold. They say they're open 24/7 but they're clearly not, heard the place didn't open until 10am. They used to be a good gym back in 2015 when I first signed up, but they're a joke now. Don't bother signing up with them, legit go anywhere but here, terrible place.

The place is still one of the serious gym for people in the Skokie area. A lot of gym goers here are coming to this gym for last 5 years.The gym trainers are very qualified.Their showers, suana & pool needs little bit attention and maintenance upgrade.More urgent upgrade is require at the weights and workout machines.In summary they have everything from a hoop court to yoga classroom to the massage to the holding bar cage.

Denies GM & or district manager contact. Had my stuff stolen twice in locker. Place is unsanitary shower curtains, smell, & or steam / sauna.This place is an absolute disaster as this facility cries for help for a better management and or updated equipment that is completely worn-out.For the sake of your sanitary health, please contact your state or local office to flag this place as a health code violation. Be on the lookout for visible signs of unsanitary conditions, like dirty towels, moldy showers, people peeing in the pool, or muggy, ventilated workout spaces.

This gym has been one of the worst experiences ever.I have bumped into several people at this gym whose lockers have been broken into and when you approach management about this they just state that they are not liable for any of your items that have been stolen.Former staff members have made statements that management and current employees at this location are the ones responsible for breaking into people's lockers.There's no way that somebody is walking in there with lock cutters and its not going to be noticed. Management and staff know that there are no cameras inside the lockers and they know the blind spots were not to be seen. The lock cutter is kept in the locker rooms and try to block off people coming in when there cleaning while there cutting the locks breaking into people's personal belongings. Management here with always deny answering the phone to you when you call for folliw up information. PLEASE AVOID THIS LOCATION UNTIL NEW MANAGEMENTS HAS BEEN ESTABLISHED AND STAFF RESPONSIBLE HAS BEEN LET GO. MAKE SURE TO ASK FOR THERE LICENSE INFORMATION IF THIS HAPPENS TO YOU LIKE IM DOING AND REPORT THEM TO THE BBB AND REPORT ON ALL REVIEWS SO PEOPLE CAN BE INFORMED.

X sport is a scam, go anywhere else but here. A lot of empty promises they get you to pay for personal training then they don't have any trainers but will say you can go to another gym for training well who want to travel 9 miles away for training if you did not have trainers be upfront about it!*** To the owners *** thank you for your canned email response to deepen the insult that you DGAF! about your any customer or member that has been poorly informed to give this scam/gym a chance. The only thing you care about is to scam people out of money. If you were so concerned and value your customers it would not take literally 4 days to respond to ANY inquiry. That's just admitting that your organization and locations are poorly managed

My daughter and I decided to give this gym a try because I was looking for a gym with the extras (pool, sauna, group classes, etc) and I was a member here over a decade ago, so thought this might be a good option. I should have heeded the other reviews on this place.First off, the new gym hours are 5am-11pm according to their website (as they’re no longer 24hr), and we arrived at 5:30am to a parking lot full of people in their cars. We quickly deduced that there were no staff inside so they were late opening. Finally at 6:05am 2 staff people came and after trying 2 doors, got in and let everyone in. Many people who were waiting in the lot left, but those that stayed marched in maskless and no staff said anything to them despite a sign right at the check in counter that said “Masks are required”. But why should anyone listen anyway when the two staff who were at the front desk weren’t properly wearing their masks?Once inside we observed what I’m pretty sure is mold and severe water damage in the northwest corner ceiling of the gym, worn down furniture by the locker rooms, and the equipment was for sure the same stuff that was there over a decade ago, if not more. We intended to work on legs and the squat racks were archaic. There were very sparse weights for the squat racks also. Only a handful of guests there had masks on, and those without masks walked around very confidently that they didn’t need one. We were going to just get some cardio in, but of the pretty large array of cardio machines in the gym, most were not functional!The overall vibe was dirty, unsanitary, no music, nothing on the tv displays, no staff cleaning happening, it was just gross and clearly a gym on its deathbed. So we quickly decided to leave. And as we left the womens locker room, a roach strolling across the floor just confirmed we were making the right decision.I will be joining Blink Fitness in a Evanston. I feel sorry for the members working out at this gym.

I love this place, this place always is on point and making sure everything is running smooth, Megan is a big part of this she is a kind hearted worker who make sure everything is good while also letting members have fun. Megan and Tony are two of the best workers I have ever met

Megan is what this gym needed, she turned this place around and it shows! Everyone is so friendly here. Minnie and Billy are great employees here as well! Definitely recommend.

The black lady at the front desk is so mean she makes her voice higher and does not talk to customers in a manner way. She needs to get fired immediately. Including the Indian curly hair guy.
