They don’t greet you when you arrive or after u leave. Half the equipment is usually broken and they don’t prioritize to get it fixed. Place needs new managment and staff because the current team is way to comfortable.

I've been coming to this location for the last 3 months. I haven't seen it once clean. Today after finding used pad in the shower I had to ask the front desk associate about their cleaning schedule. It was interesting to learn that the only lady to come an clean is schedule for tuesday and Wednesday during the afternoon hours. This is a 24/7 gym with a 16 hrs/week cleaning. Broken machines for over 2 months, this gym its just abandoned. Submitted an email to corporate customer service and I'm yet to hear back. I did suvmit an email to that email address 24 hrs before posting this review and until today I haven't heard back.

To be perfectly frank, I never ever recommend this gym. Today I ended my membership. Sauna, hot tub, and shower haven’t been working since November 2022. The staff are extremely rude, too. They do not know how to treat members. Everywhere is very dirty, and half of the equipment does not work. This is my second time canceling my membership. I hope I will never get back to this gym again.

Very rude and having real bad attitude. I Cancel my membership today and I talked to the guy name Mike. He just walks away in front of me without saying a word after knowing that we still cancel our membership no matter what he said.

When Xsport first opened it was great. It has slowly gotten bad, speaking for the Skokie location. I’m paying $35 a month but half of the machines don’t work, the bathrooms are terrible: they don’t have paper towels, no toilet paper, hair on the toilet seat, out of order bathrooms for months on end. There is water dripping from the ceiling and nothing has been done about it. The gym is always so packed, even at 9pm.

This is by far the worst gym I’ve ever used.Today I ended my membership at this gym for the second time. I gave it a second chance, hoping they had improved on cleanliness as a result of the pandemic. I was mistaken. This is a filthy place with hair and random trash strewn about the locker rooms.Additionally, there are no rules to this gym. People show up in street clothes, pajamas, and barely their outfits. Very few people clean the machines after use. Many members leave huge duffle bags around on the main floor (accompanied by devices blasting music), which raises serious concerns about safety, especially since no one pays strict attention to who is entering the gym. In the age of mass shootings, this presents a huge risk.Lastly, for some reason, the gym is now half-filled with middle and high school kids. (Why any parent would let their child mingle with adults like this is beyond me, especially since gyms are known to be meat markets). It’s too much!Also, beware of the water fountains. They are disgusting cesspools of who knows what!

I am giving 5 star rating for this gym based on Amenities,equipment, and for my trainer Dan murray . And manager BILL gave me the good price to start my PT.I don’t know about the other staff Because Never interacted with them But so far Its been good.Although its little expensive compare to old prices.Dan murray is my trainer helping me achieve my goals so far and I love our sessions. He makes it fun and enjoyable to train and he is very motivating and encouraging! If motivation, flexibility, and a personal approach is what your looking for in a PT, then Dan murray is the man for you!Importantly:– He ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.– He is extremely reliable & punctual – always set up & ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.I thoroughly enjoy my workout and would recommend Dan murray to anyone looking to improve their fitness.

Raised my monthly plan by $3/month without telling me. That was not in the original contract. The place is dirty and the machines don't work half the time. Their basketball rims are not straight and were without nets for a long time. I'm going to end my membership.

From the rust on the machines to the unorganized weights, I would definitely not go back. I guess a good part is you don't need to use their sauna because the entire gym is extremely hot and musty.

GIANNA, & many other staff members at this facility are really easy-going and capable. I enjoy their familiar personalities and lack of pretension. Keep up the good work!
