I am so disappointed in this company!I called about 2 months ago and cancelled my husband's plan and my own. When I called 2 days ago because we are still being charged, they said that they have no notes of the cancellation, but somehow knew that the girl that originally said she cancelled our plans, no longer works there!They refuse to refund our money, but were able to wave our cancellation fee.This place is a joke and great for stealing your money!!!

A few days ago I decided to check out the newly remodeled (actually, still under construction but almost finished) Marysville location. I avidly go to the Evergreen and Mill Creek location. A quarter of the way into my workout a Planet Fitness staff member named Mauricio approached me while I’min mid set put my mask up above my nose (smug tone and demeanor). Mind you, I’m 6 feet away of anyone in the gym and also when you walk in, it says masks are required. No stipulations on how I need to wear my mask on my face. Obviously a “chin mask” isn’t “wearing” your mask, I get that.I survey the members and plenty have their mask below their nose, because for one, breathing is super difficult with a mask on doing any physical activity.So I put my mask above my nose then finish my set after I was rudely interrupted by Mauricio.My mask goes below my nose after my next set and he approaches me again. Now he “asks” me to leave because I get one warning and then you get kicked out. (Super surprised and taken back) In the manner he asked, more like demanding me to get out, of course I get very very frustrated and get up and have a few choice words and when I’m walking away to the locker room to grab my belongings, he yells out, “sure, do whatever you need to do man” in a smug sarcastic manner. I was definitely not an appreciated member and for him to embarrass me even more in front of all the Planet members is disgusting in itself. Thought this was a judgment free zone? 🤔 Is this the first time Mauricio had done this to a long time paying member or had this happened many times before?As a business owner to several businesses myself, I would NEVER treat a customer in any shape or form like this. EVER.District manager Dean was there and was super nice and apologized for Mauricio’s actions but he shouldn’t have to do that.I hope there is a strong SOP in place to handler rude employees like this and hope this doesn’t happen to any other members. You definitely don’t want Mauricio harassing other members and for the club to start losing members which in turn loses revenue for the franchise owner.If you want a wonderful experience with no hassle from gym staff like Mauricio, sign up for LA Fitness (which I have, I have both LA and PF) and STAY AWAY from the Marysville location. Go to the Evergreen or Mill Creek location. They have wonderful staff and no one to brother you about your mask decisions.I get it, COVID is out there but if you’re going to mandate how specifically members wear their mask, have a corporate, all franchise mandate for planet fitness. Would this be beneficial to your bottom line, maybe not. But test it out and monitor every member in allyour franchised clubs and see how many keep their membership. Because you know, society loves to be monitored and micromanaged, especially in their gyms they pay their hard earned money to on a monthly basis 🙄Take my review anyway you want, I just expressing my experience and recommendation.I have notified my network about what happened and they are staying away from this club and some have even cancelled their membership.Who wants to be harassed by this guy in the first place about your mask and also has a attitude when you walk away??? I sure don’t, but it happened. Hope it doesn’t happen to you. I want to enjoy my workout because it’s my time to unwind and relax. If this doesn’t happen, it literally ruins your day.In the end, day was ruined at Planet Fitness.

Very welcoming, separated equipment, and cleaning stations for people to wipe down their machines. Pretty much everything you need is there, and the app is great too. It allows you to even see the general amount of people checked in, so you're not fighting for a treadmill!

I LOVE THIS PLACE however was really upset with the employee there tonight. He told me to put a mask on. That's okay, cuz he is doing his job. BUT from the time he told me till his break, I saw 6 people not wearing a mask. 1 person, he did talk to. 4 people did not wear a mask UNTIL they were done with their workout. The most upsetting fact was that there was a person 3 treadmills away from me and I am saying literally 3 treadmills away and the employee did not speak with that person AT ALL. I spoke with the employee and he said that he spoke with all the people. AFTER I told him about the person next to me on the treadmill 3 times, THEN he said sorry. Really upset.

I love working out here and I absolutely love the fact that they are open 24/7. All the workers are great and courteous!I gave 3 stars because they are undergoing construction, which should be no big deal, but when they closed down for 2ish weeks a month or so ago I never received an email notifying me. I found out when I went to the gym to work out which was a waste of gas and frustrating.AGAIN TODAY they are closed without notification what so ever. It isn’t hard to send out a email to your patrons stating they will be closed for certain situations. I hate that I wasted my time coming here to find out they are closed.

I'm sorry but it's people who write these bad reviews about enforcing the mask policy is why some of your staff has Quit. Pretty sure you lost two good trainer's. You can social distance without the mask on. Those employees were doing the right thing. Stop being scared people. Those employees shouldn't be upholding something that is bad for your health. It's bad for people who wear a mask to do cardio. I have suffered terrible migraines because of wearing it at the gym. Unfortunately it's the only place that I can go at this time. It's the people that need to stop and just take care of themselves by distancing because that's what works. So wake up and stop being scared people. Thank you and I'm sorry to see that you guy's are reinforcing this. So many people are walking around the gym sad and depressed before they we're happy and speaking to one another.

I absolutely love it here!The staff has been incredibly friendly and greet me by name when I walk in. I don't know if this is true for all Planet Fitness locations but the staff here taking cleaning to a whole new level. They are constantly in motion cleaning equipment, fixtures, etc. I have even seen them hand scrubbing the grout on the floor and detailing the trash receptacles.Thank you PF!

Staff stands outside in front smoking so you have to walk through cigarette smell coming and going. However, I haven't seen the offenders the last few times I went, so maybe they were fired. Really unpleasant, not to mention very poor image for a place where health-minded people go.

Great social dostancing set up. Wish the showers and locker room were open but they are waiting for clearance from the state for that and the tanning area.. bit the work out equipment is open and the massage chairs/beds are open as well!

I used to be all in for Planet Fit. However, after months of being closed, all of a sudden, without warning of any kind, they billed my bank account for an amount that was 30% higher than I was paying. Now I'm already on a limited income, so I count every penny. That is not the way to conduct business. I tried to call, because I am immune compromised, and they're not taking calls. I have to risk my life to go fix this. My advice, find a more professional gym.
