Service was great. Guys at the front were very friendly. App was easy to install and set up. Everything was very clean, everyone wipes after themselves with easy cleaning stations located through out the building. Looking forward to reshaping my body and over all health.

Everyone's really friendly and motivational, willing to work at your pace. Gym's a decent size, equipment seems well maintained and regularly cleaned. Classes are intense and target a variety of points within the group muscles targeted during the workout. All in all, I'm glad I got the PF Black card membership

Great place to workout with nobody really distracting you, 100% judge free zone. I get in do my thing & I'm out. About 4-6 a week for an hour or so. Nice staff & good people to be around.

It was about 5:00 pm on Tuesday night. I came in to take a look at the gym and sign up. I was super excited to join. I get there and the guy at the desk informs me he is the ONLY person working at the gym. He wasn’t able to take me on a tour of the facilities or let me look around. He was rude and didn’t want to answer questions for me as well. He wanted me to blindly sign up. I find it disappointing that an establishment of their size would not have at least 2 employees working and offer better customer services than what was received.

This place has colder showers then Jail! This place looks amazing and clean after the remodel but not being able to clean up, shower or shave after my workout kinda ruined my experience. I tried every single shower in the Men's Locker Room, had each shower all max heat for 5-10 minutes and couldn't get one to give me luke warm water, the water was so cold the soap wouldn't rinse off my body and before my shower was done I was shivering uncontrollably, I had to go home to retake my shower to get all the soap off. Maybe they decided to limit hot water consumption for larger profits.

I just recently joined due to a promo I had seen. I brought a guest with me to the Everett location a couple times before she decided to cancel her LA FITNESS membership and join Planet Fitness. When she signed up she didnt realize she had to be specific on location she was joining. Today, we show up to work out and this is where her positive experience joining Planet Fitness went South.We were immediately greeted by a brand new employee and my friend now being on her own membership asked for guidance in obtaining a key chain pass. The new employee was confused and did not know what to do and since other members were in line behind us trying to check in as well.So we went and started our workout and within 5 minutes we were approached by a very rude employee by the name of Emma. She scolded my friend for signing up at the wrong location and then began to be very rude, negative and unhelpful in advising how to switch locations. This employee made it seem like its impossible to switch locations. My friend wasn't even aware you had to choose a specific Planet Fitness. I had a very positive experience until running into this nasty employee.On my way out I asked the same employee if it is possible for my friend to change locations since I never got a direct answer and with an attitude she stated she was "looking into it"The membership my friend signed up for is not on contract so now I'm entirely debating on canceling my contract and heading to LA Fitness with the negative experience I had today dealing with Emma...

Great experience so far. Better than any gym I've been to yet. Wish it had a pool. Treat my teenage kids with memberships like adults. Greatly appriciated. No one has ever rushed me off of a machine while I need a moment to breath. Plenty of cardio equipment, you never have to be right on another person, which is important to me.

I love the atmosphere and overall vibe, staff are friendly, facility is well maintained and clean; but more importantly all the patrons are respectful of one another as we all strive to reach our fitness goals. If you're looking for a no fuss, non intimidating environment where you can workout and just be yourself, then Planet Fitness is the place you need to look into. Cheers!

I love this gym. It is SO spacious & all of the equipment is like new. The trainers are great, unfortunately they don't have classes on the weekend though. I love their mentality of no judgement. Decent music, lots of tv's. The women's locker room is huge & has showers, changing rooms, it's beautiful. Highly recommend.

I have been going to PF off and on since 2014. I have gone to locations in Alabama, Las Vegas and now this current location in WA.The bad: I understand they are remodeling and things can be hectic. BUT, every time I go in to tan the beds are extremely disturbing. Yes, I wipe down the bed before and after but it's very dirty underneath plastic light cover. (See pictures included). Also, I've gone to different rooms with them not being fully stocked. I also have noticed there are not enough cleaning stations, the few around are not always stock. Some of the machines have seen better days. I get many different people work out on the machines but an extra eye to help keep the machines looking better would be appreciated. For myself I always make sure I wipe down the machine once finished but when walking up to a machine and it just looking so disturbing I would just rather find a different cardio machine.Most importantly for me I have to come in on my hour lunch break. I have found it hard to get punched in and start my workout in a timely manner. When certain customers have questions or concerns I respect they need help but everyone else has to wait just to be scanned in. One time I had to wait over 20 minutes. The location lacks enough employees. There will be times I am leaving the store and there will be 3 employees at the front just talking and I wish there was that many when I was rushing to start my workout.The good: the customer service I have encountered has been very warming and helpful. Hopefully with better cleaning habits this location will be awesome.
