Great facility. The staff is amazing, equipment is well maintained and very clean.

Even when it's really busy, I'm usually able to use something that meets my workout needs.

The gym is always functional with a staff ready to assist..lovely people create lovely environments.

I've been to a number of gyms in my lifetime and this one is the best. Great price for all the amenities. The $24 black card deal gets you free unlimited tanning, hydro beds and message chairs. The staff is always very friendly. The place is state of the art and always clean. I cant say enough about them. I am a fan!

Trashy inappropriate rap music played constantly and way too loud. Staff isn't memorable. Worst location ever,!

I originally rated this place 5/5 but that was before I experienced the poor management. I purchased a membership online. It seemed very simple, easy and I appreciated the convenience. I paid with my debit card to finalize my membership. I signed up for the very basic membership, single gym use in Everett for $19.99 a month. I started using the gym immediately. As my third month payment was being processed, I realized Planet Fitness was charging me close to $50 a month! I quickly called management at the Everett Facility. He stated, "Unfortunately, this problem has been happening when people sign up online and the payment information has been incomplete. Essentially, you are being charged a late fee for incomplete payment information."WHAT!?Apparently, with online sign-up I needed to enter my routing/account number in order for payment to be properly processed. NO WHERE WAS THAT STATED CLEARLY, NO WHERE WAS I PROMPTED TO ENTER THAT INFO ON SIGN UP AND NEVER ONCE WAS I STOPPED AT THE FRONT DESK WHEN I ENTERED TO GET THAT ADDRESSED. Meanwhile, the company was perfectly fine directly debiting the late fee from my account which was over double my membership fee!Makes no sense whatsoever and seems like a ploy to take advantage of honest, unsuspecting customers. Whatever the case, the management did NOTHING to help remedy the mistake and was quite rude. Worst customer service I've had in a while. I'll happily take my business elsewhere.

I like that it’s in a busy parking lot that feels safe for the most part. I like how there are so many machines. I like how big the stretching area is. Honestly the biggest area I’ve seen at any PF.
