Many people do not clean machines after using them, even after bringing this to the staff's attention and pointing out the culprits, the staff does nothing. There is zero regulation on people using machines for way too long during busy times or people reserve machines with a towel or water bottle. Signs get ignored and again, the staff does nothing. I'd love to know what they were actually hired for. Machines have been broken for months but we still have to pay full price for a broken gym. There's a ton of dust around and under machines from the staff being lazy when they clean around them. Cheap gym, cheap staff, I guess you get what you pay for.

I just transferred here from the Lake City location and had high hopes. While the facility seems to be well stocked with equipment, during my workout I noticed that the floors are filthy… I kept tracking unwanted bits of things and people hair onto my mat. And when I tried to wipe it off not one but two of the stations were out of paper. I looked around and they seem to be well staffed but nobody was restocking anything or cleaning anything. They all seemed to be gathered at the front. I should have taken photos of the floor in the gym, it was unbelievably dirty. I then went to use their red light therapy and to no surprise it was also dirty. God knows how many peoples hair and bits are built up on the floor. I’m not sure if anyone cleans these at all. I was curious so I walked through and into the different tanning rooms and they’re all like those. Each of these photos is from a different room. I’m just so surprised that the lake city location is cleaner and better stocked… what a bummer. They’ve got decent equipment. Just don’t expect a clean facility.

Employees never greet or say 'thanks for coming ' - atleast to me (I'm not Caucasian).Floors are dusty & mostly unclean so that you cannot sit on floor & exercise. Places next to machines are so dusty that I can't even put my water bottle down without it's base getting dusty.1 out of 3 hand soap (bathroom) or hand sanitizer point is always empty & never refilled on time. Paper dispenser machine in most popular area was out of paper for more than 4 hours & nobody filled it. Regular filling of supplies need to be done rather than employees chatting away. One or the other hydro spa bed is always out of order.Few machine seats are torn & never checked by staff so that they can be repaired.Atmosphere of gym is good , people mostly wipe the machines after use.Gym is crowded during in afternoons but not on Friday evening.Only reason coming here- affordable membership.

Absolutely miserable place. Staff at front desk cannot help with new member signup. Just tells you to go to the website on your phone and sign up there. Asked for information or a tour of the facility and was told since he's the only employee working that day he can't leave the desk. So ONE EMPLOYEE for the whole place! 3 of the 4 rowing machines were broken.Zero customer service. Poorly maintained equipment. Best thing I can say is that it's clean. I'm cancelling our accounts tomorrow. Also note the canned owner responses to these reviews - "please reach out to the club manager" yet they don't provide any contact info. That's a good indication about how unhelpful these people are.

I personally had some good experience there with the equipment and the front desk associates, but I feel there should be a limit of people able to be there at once? It gets quite crowded and at times people have to wait longer then usual times to go to their next exercise. NOT TO MENTION- You can't cancel your subscription over the phone it HAS to be in person and/or by mail. I'll give it 2 stars due to the high quality customer service but that's all the goodness that's there.

Since my boyfriend and I have been here, the staff have been super nice. They just check us in and we do our routines. What's nice is that everyone comes in, keeps go themselves, and does their own thing. Most people are courteous enough to wipe down the machines after each use.The bathrooms are relatively clean and kept in great condition. It's your standard Planet Fitness. It's a nice atmosphere. If you want most of the place to yourself then go around 3 or 4 am of you can. Around 5-6AM, people start trickling in for their morning workout.

So many equipment are out of service and inoperable. There is no repair planned for these. According to the front desk staff, their Planet fitness management has told them to not file any repairs. The treadmill are unstable, wobbly, and stops functioning in the middle of run. The equipments with no label of "not-in-service" are in dire need of repair, or it can cause personal injury to anyone. Once any equipment is out of service, it will not be repaired for many months.

Hot water in the shower didn't work. I let it run for five minutes. I didn't restart my gym membership to take a cold shower. I canceled it originally, because I couldn't shower before work. This needs to get fixed, or I will cancel and go with another gym that has working plumbing.

No muscle steroid grunting lifters. Never saw it crowded before the virus hit.Compared to other gym facilities Planet Finess it's just nice. When you need help there's always someone there to help you. Plus you will know they care about you the member not the dollar sign.

Staff was courteous and friendly; helped me get my account set up again. Facility was clean and appropriate social distancing protocols are in place to ensure a safe environment for everyone. Looking forward to meeting with the trainer to establish a fitness plan that will work for me and getting back to the gym to CRUSH GOALS!
