Beware!!!! They tell you month to month but truck you by sending you a a contract for you to sign on the spot via cell phone on thier word that it’s month to month and it’s a one year contract. And after 3 months of cancellation process and many unbroken promises of it being they still continue to withdraw money from your account. They are a scam .

This gym originally promises a lot of amenities but doesn't actually follow through. Went to this gym from almost 4 months and never got instructions on how to use their rockwall machine, and the pole dancing workout class never happened, ended up just using the poles to do pre-stretches every morning instead. The basketball area has bad floors and is only a 1/4 court to weight benched taking over the rest of it. The sport medicine attached to the gym doesn't care for when people come in and ask questions about pulled muscles like front desk says you can. And the customer service for team fitness itself is a joke and very unprofessional as well as the front desk agents at this location. Will not be going back and will not recommend this place to anyone.
