I had been a happy member for years but have been very disappointed recently as their kids’ play area has been regularly closing without notice. When it is open, there are several features unavailable or broken. This is a big drawback for parents choosing this gym because of the kids’ area that used to be amazing.EDIT 4/10:Thank you for the response, and good luck in your hiring search. I would suggest working to send these notices earlier, as they are often sent several hours after the kids’ club has already closed for the day.

Don't sign up for this club ! Beware!! They don't have real customer service when it come to charges and cancelation of service. They want you to send email and wait 30 days or more to cancel your account all while they still receive funds for your account. Don't trust this company

New only one month need new massage chair and old look like it's been there for 5 years otherwise than that the place is nice so far the other issue is the sauna people go in with their exercise clothes on no supervision to follow the rules

Cleanest gym I've ever been in.. the staff is amazing. Been a member since they opened. They have a movie theater in the gym . It's amazing. It really helped with my anxiety when I first started going..

Worker at the club said they couldn't cancel my membership and gave me a number to call. The number I called said they couldn't cancel my membership. When asking the worker at the center about the misinformation she refused to give any information of her name or supervisor to help straighten up the miscommunication and deescalate the issue. Completely unhelpful customer service and had to go in circles and jump through hoops to solve any issues. Will not be returning and will be actively letting friends looking for a gym know that this company's business model doesn't care at all about the consumer or helping them solve any issues.

I love the atmosphere at "The Edge". This was my first ever gym experience. I was a bit nervous at first now that I've gone several times, I hooked. The staff is helpful & friendly. I will definitely keep my membership!
