READ BEFORE YOU SIGN UPThey continued to charge me after my 1 year agreement and refused to issue my refund knowing I did not agree to a 2 year agreement and that I would be at a different location. Their reasoning was it happens automatically even though they leave that part out of the contract before you sign.Their contracts are not to be trusted, all they care about is hitting you with fees and deductions as much as they can and could care less about the circumstances as long as they can deduct money.Lauren the general manager refused to give me a refund after explaining I never agreed to a 2 year contract.She also said the only way I could cancel my membership is by going down there to do it even though I moved away and was no longer in the area to be able to go down there directly. (Turned out to be a lie).After telling Lauren the general manager I would leave feedback she threatened to use my confidential information at the gym against me ( in a under your breath kind of tone) then hung up. When I called back she refused to speak. Left the phone on and didn't answer. This happened 3 times. She has no business being a manager and should be fired. Extremely unprofessional and there are far better gyms out there.When I called to talk to someone the 4th time about this there were no corporate numbers to call, just an email. Marques the associate(who claimed to also be a manager) gave me an inaccurate email to contact corporate and lied about her whereabouts when I requested to speak to Lauren after she hung up on me.So where's the accountability if you have General Managers threatening members (which is a breach of contract and confidentiality) and refusing refunds for charges that should never have occurred? Is this ethical?They also make it very difficult to cancel your membership. You have to call a number, and the gym wont give you the number, they'll pretend they don't have it.THIS IS A VERY DIRTY WAY TO RUN A GYM AND TREAT IT'S MEMBERS. WONT BE COMING BACK.

This gym blows they play the worst music SO loud so no chance of hearing your own headphones or peace and quiet whatsoever. Can't wait til my year membership ends

one star is too much for such place, they will bluff you only to take your money. they will tell you subscribe for 9.99 a month then 3 months after you will find a $50 charge (enhancment fees) which they will never tell you about it (it will occur every 3 months or so), then when you want to cancel they will do everything to keep charging you and taking your money.

Best gym experience that has me highly focused on gains. The atmosphere isn't highly competitive or lazy nice in-between. Definitely give this one a shot even if you plan on taking the spractical classes during the weekend.

I am new to the gym scene and culture. I had perfect health. No longer.Marques Grimes patiently gave me recommendation's and explained Edge to me. He is great. Im excited to learn and train and get going toward better health. Marques is a great example of being considerate and promoting health. He listens and is about health not just about sales. He also takes extra time to give all the options available. No reason for me to shop around as Marques is the reason I'm choosing Edge. Thanks for your time and knowledge sir. All the best!

Update 4/19/22;Cleanliness has improved. For some reason they don’t do 24 hours yet despite the other locations having 24 hours… Prices went up again without adding anything of value to the membership.Update 02/12/21:If you care about other’s safety, you don’t have anything in common with The Edge Fitness. Mask rules are NOT closely enforced. They rarely walk the floors to tell people to wear masks appropriately. I sent in two complaints online and they totally ignored me. When you ask the employees to do a mask check they walk around for two seconds and don’t have any (or don’t enforce any) rules to punish those who refuse to comply. Doesn’t feel safe at all. Sent an email two weeks ago with no response. Really sad.Very gimmicky gym. Joined with the pretense that I would be getting a signup bonus for my friend and it never showed up. Promised clean locker rooms, they’re already pretty gross after being open for a few months. The classes that I pay extra to have available to me HAVE A FEE NOW LMAO. This place is very obviously a quick money grab for the company. They force you into a one year contract with a $50 yearly fee. Management actively avoids you with the “yeah come see me after your workout” and conveniently disappearing. Honestly just feels shady.
