Great space for achieving any of your fitness goals. The only complaint is there is only one water fountain area, so you have to travel across the gym to refill bottles and get water.

Great gym! Plenty of equipment, staff is friendly, I love it. Don’t know why there are so many negative reviews.. keep doing what you’re doing crunch. You’re better off without those negative people at your gym!

I joined this gym and was one of the first members. It has tons of nice equipment but they have more members than you could ever imagine. Even during down hours it can be a wait to get on some exercises. I’ve seen people actually waiting in line to use leg equipment. Don’t ever plan to start at the 60lbs dumbbells and work up to the 120s because it is quite the hike from one end to the other. This gym is just one big huge area with a lot of nice stuff and way to many members. I understand the business strategy they are doing but gyms have already done this. I may cancel my membership once the year is up.

I started working with Tim right after Crunch opened back in January. I had been working with an online trainer for a couple of months, but I knew I needed some one-on-one help and motivation. I was not quite sure of any concrete goals at the time, but I managed to come up with one, and we ran with it. Tim took the time to get to know my likes/dislikes in the gym, and built an exciting yet challenging program that made me WANT to show up. I always knew exactly what to do, the expectations and when to do it, along with the confidence that any questions would be answered quickly and efficiently. With consistent and patient communication in the gym and out, we continued to make, meet and surpass goals together. My knowledge in the gym, and subsequent confidence, has blossomed into other areas of my life as well. I would not be as successful, excited and in a healthier mindset with fitness and nutrition as I am without having Tim as the backbone and supportive motivator along my journey. I started at 143 lbs and 22.16% body fat; I’m down to 126 lbs and 19.76% after 5 months of training together. With Tim by my side, I am proud of my decision and commitment to personal training.

Big gym with everything you could want unfortunately the people that go here don't seem to care about other people and lave everything a mess or break it even when signs are up warning not do do things.

Nice gym with great equipment and plenty of variety. The only issue is that it can be exceptionally busy at times. Probably due to the super low price.

Worst experience ever. I started a membership that I had only used once and that was for the free personal training session. I had some personal issues going on that had prevented me from going so I communicated with an employee and let them know that I wouldn’t be using it that I needed to cancel and when I am able to rejoin I will call let them know. As of today they have sent a bill over to collections. A bill that I feel should have never been issued. I never once went to the gym other than the one time. I guess this is how they get over on people. Shame! Shame!! There was not one time I was told to come in person to speak with anyone. The employee told me himself that he would take care of the situation and that I could call once I decided to rejoin

Update 4/20: The one very disappointing thing about this gym is that on the cable machines they are having issues getting someone in to fix them and fix them so they won't constantly break. It's been at least 4 to 6 weeks that some machines have been broken. I wish there was a little more sense of urgency to get equipment fixed.Really have been enjoying this gym. But there are issues and operational improvements that can be addressed. The gym is becoming very over crowded at times. There is several pieces of equipment that are broken and taking a while to get fixed. They could step up the cleaning especially in the locker room. Hope there is plans to for more plate especially the 10lbs and under they becoming hard to find.Looking forward for the class schedule to be more consistent. Really enjoyed the spin class and looking forward to test out more classes especially the TRX.So far the staff has been good but if you bring up concerns be prepared for your concerns to be ignored.
