I for real love this gym. Huge variety of equipment and I appreciate the variety of fitness levels which helps there literally be no judgement.

They never told me there was gonna be a charge of $60 for an annual fee after 60 days. I'm already locked into an annual contract. During sign up, they said only $1 to sign up and $9.99/month. Never mentioned an annual fee. Its BS

$1 trial membership for my wife and I that was supposed to roll into a $9.95 a month membership. Instead they throw in some fine print and switch to a $34.90 membership for each of us - $70 total. Then they want $70 to switch it to the other membership.I thought they might be different but I was wrong. Taking advantage of customers and overcharging is not my idea of customer service.Had to put one star but zero would be more accurate.

This has been the worst gym experience I have ever had. I signed up for their trial membership. We were told there would always be machines open and available to use. Each time we went it this was simply not true. The worst part is the customer service. There is no manager on site to be found. I have tried to get ahold of this place for the last 6 days and have been told on 4 seperate occasions that the general manager would call back and I have not once recieved a call back. I called to cancel my membership and was told I could only do it in person because I had to sign documents to end my contract - even though the roads were nothing but ice on Monday and I couldn't drive me small car on them. The gym promised me that even though I would still be charged, as soon as I came in when the roads cleared up, I would get my full refund. I came in on Feb 1st, a day after my membership had been charged, when the employee wrote my name and my husbands name on a tiny piece of reciept paper and said it would be going to his GM he then told me there's only one person that works there that can cancel memberships and he wasn't in the building at the moment. The employee promised me I would be getting a call from the manager to discuss my situation and refund within the next 24 hours and my membership would be canceled in the next 24 hours. This was Wedneday. Thursday no call. Friday I called to see what was going on. I had recieved no call back from anyone, and no refund. My membership was still active. I have been told on numerous occasions that the manager would be calling me after he "got out of a meeting" Friday morning and then again Friday afternoon. Never received a call from him. Now 5 days after trying to cancel my membership, it's still not canceled as promised and I've received no callback trying to resolve the issue. I've called 5 times today and been hung up on 3 times. This place is lacking customer service and needs a lot of help. I highly reccomend not going here if you're looking for a gym to try, go somewhere else. Very disappointing.

I am so disappointed. I was told I could cancel anytime with the peak membership, However, I called to cancel my membership with them. I was told I could not cancel for the first 60 days. Not only will they take two months of membership they will also take an annual fee. Misleading and a scam is who they are. Never again will I recommend this gym to anyone.

Best gym I’ve been to in Arkansas. Not sure what the deal is with the bad reviews - yes it is extremely busy at peak times but that is common for any gym between January - March, and with it being new that’s to be expected. It’s big enough and has enough equipment that it is still way less crowded than similar commercial gyms in bigger cities.

Overall I very much enjoy Crunch Fitness in Fayetteville!1. Every single machine ever needed for a bodybuilding perspective along with an area for powerlifters, cross-fitters and boxing!2. Best value for 10 bucks a month!!!!3. friendly staff although busy they take time to smile and help!My only negative would be the cleanliness of the locker room but people must understand the number of people that come in compared to the amount of staff on hand!Overall this place beats Resistance, Ozark Iron, and Fitness One!

There is nothing on the doors that indicate what time they open on Monday morning. If you look at the website it shows they’re closed every day so I’m sitting here at 4:30 in the morning and there’s about 15 cars sitting here with me but they’re not open. But outside that it’s a great place to work out.

This place is awesome, tons of machines, stations, and weights. It is also very clean with so many convenient cleaning stations near by.. The staff is always friendly and happy to answer questions or show you were something is located.
