Update 4/20: The one very disappointing thing about this gym is that on the cable machines they are having issues getting someone in to fix them and fix them so they won't constantly break. It's been at least 4 to 6 weeks that some machines have been broken. I wish there was a little more sense of urgency to get equipment fixed.Really have been enjoying this gym. But there are issues and operational improvements that can be addressed. The gym is becoming very over crowded at times. There is several pieces of equipment that are broken and taking a while to get fixed. They could step up the cleaning especially in the locker room. Hope there is plans to for more plate especially the 10lbs and under they becoming hard to find.Looking forward for the class schedule to be more consistent. Really enjoyed the spin class and looking forward to test out more classes especially the TRX.So far the staff has been good but if you bring up concerns be prepared for your concerns to be ignored.

Spoke to a member today 5-1-23 1:06 pm and she was very rude refused to give me corporates number and when I asked for my supposed agreement when I had cancelled membership before gym opened I was still charged and have called multiple time and was told I would receive a refund been months and still no answer every time I call to ask for a manager I get told I will get a call back crazy how I’m still paying for a membership when I have never stepped foot in this place and don’t even live in state anymore

Fun gym environment! Everyone is super friendly. It may get a little busy sometimes, but they still have a ton of space

SCAM…They trick you into signing up for their more expensive plan and tell you it’s no contract and you can downgrade or cancel any time. When I tried to downgrade they were charging $80 for the change. When I said okay just cancel it, they said I would have to pay the next 2 months and pay them the annual fee. None of that was explained when I kept asking if I could cancel any time without fees at the time of sign up. Plus its way too packed most of the time.

Absolutely love the gym, it's massive so there is plenty of room for everyone. It's always clean and the workers are always nice. 2 stars though because one of the only trainers (the only rude one I've seen) was running a HIIT class with 4 people. There was multiple times Melissa M (who the trainer was according to the schedule) kicked people out of the HIIT zone that they weren't even in. I'm sure it was embarrassing for them and completely uncalled for because every time the people were at the back right where there were no signs and the class never took place there. I watched the entire time to make sure. If I or anyone ever takes a class I will never recommend it with Melissa 100%. It was totally uncalled for and did nothing for safety because the classed never stepped foot there accept for when she went to kick the people away.

Edit: Plave is getting the early kinks out. Cleaner, AC full overhaul, HIIT music tamer for those not participating, and pretty free equipment except for obvious 5-7am and 4-8pm. Up to 4 stars which is as high as you can really get without adding a pool like FAC, Fitness One or Jones Center. If a lifetime fitness shows up in NWA… this place will have a tough time competing. Very niche for lower cost fitness. But hits target audience for those looking for a lower cost fitness center. Can we get 24/7 though?———————————-The equipment is great, staff is great, music at ‘HIIT’ zone a few 100 decibels to high. Overall I love it. But if you can’t keep the place even ‘reasonably’ clean, we will start leaving in droves. Seriously need to hire a cleaning service and a full clean each night for the bathrooms. There are spots after nearly two months that have not been wiped down even with a wet towel. And Crunch staff should not be cleaning… they are not professional cleaners and dont want to be hired as one.The mens bathroom is a borderline cesspool after only 6 weeks. Need Crunch Corporate to step in and get a cleaning company hired ASAP. The mens bathroom needs a full sanitization power wash. Do it soon… as in a month i’ll report back and post pictures of how disgusting it was yesterday at 5am that i had to walk back out without using the facilityEdit: facility is cleaner now. Also they installed what appears to be completely new Carrier HVAC units which has helped with the large ‘hit brestg’ attendance and controlling the temp/humidity. Was a 1 star, now a 3. Baby steps, but the kinks are getting worked on.Any chance bike rack loops can be added outside to lock a bike up?

The gym is great! However, it is a money pit. I have been charged weekly for personal training (which is not correct), and had multiple overdraft/return fees. The staff has not been very helpful and has become rude (aside from one woman willing to help). I have had nearly $400 taken in 5 days between charges, return fees, and overdraft fees. Watch your bank accounts if you sign with them!

When other users say ‘watch your bank account’ when signing up for this gym, they mean it!! The gym itself is fine, however the staff genuinely doesn’t know what they’re saying when they’re trying to help you. They double charged me my annual fee (so over $100 in total) and I have been fighting for a refund since late March, I had called MULTIPLE times when I noticed the charge on my account. On April 3rd, I went in and asked what was going on and they flat out told me “Oh it looks like no one wrote your name down when you called.” Then they said that a refund should be processing. I finally went in the other day to check on my refund, and they told me that there was nothing that they could do and it was my banks fault. My bank straight up told me Crunch was lying, and they haven’t seen any pending refunds to my account. So I called crunch, and the employee told me I was told the wrong thing and I needed to call their financial service line, ABC. First off, ABC doesn’t even give you a prompt to speak to a representative, so it took me forever to figure out how to talk to a real person. I spoke to this person and they said I needed to show Crunch my bank statements, however when I had went in earlier in the day, the female employee specifically told me they couldn’t look at my statements. So when I told this representative this, they had me on hold for who knows how long to come back and tell me that apparently it takes 30 days to process a refund. it took me a MONTH to get some form of answer. So I’m still waiting on to see if that’s even true, because I’ve just been fed lies and miscommunication left and right. PLEASE WATCH YOUR BANK STATEMENTS! I plan on cancelling my membership when the year is up, this gym has lost my trust.

Scammed me out of $163.12 even though I canceled my membership. I canceled it. For a few months, I thought I was fine. Then they charged me out of nowhere. They charged me after I canceled. Let me say this again. I canced my membership, and a few months later, they charged me. The gym is fine. Just not the way they they do business.Update to 2 stars. Gave me a part of the money back.
