extremely dissatisfied with the communication here. i went in almost 3 weeks ago to cancel my membership and they did not know how to do it. they promised they would call back the next day and still haven’t heard back. i’ve tried calling multiple times and never have gotten an answer and the voicemail box is always full.

Okay so I absolutely love the fact that if I want to go work out in a Saturday afternoon and I don't have somebody to watch my kid I can put them in the kid care for a couple hours of workout and then be on my way love all the amenities they have so far wish me luck

This place is a scam. I joined for $1 to check it out and see if it was a good fit. Tried to cancel. They made me come in person to put my name on a list. They kept charging me and now I've paid $124.66 to a gym I have never worked out in.

The most incompetent staff I have ever come across.Will not answer calls, and did not cancel my subscription after going in person a week and a half ago. They are slow, and do not care about their "valuable" members.

This is the best gym in NW Arkansas hands down there equipment is top of the line and the temperature inside is always on point. People complaining about it being crowded.. it can be at times like any other business. But it has mellowed out in the last few weeks. And to the people complaining about paper towels…spray bottles and it being to messy stick to planet fitness you just take up room with no purpose anyways

I’m not really sure what the bad reviews are about. I’ve been an active member for two months now coming 5x a week. There’s plenty of parking, the childcare is great and the customer service is always superb. The gym is clean, sometimes you have to wait for equipment but go do something else and come back! It’s not that hard.

My co-worker and her daughter both called and canceled their memberships over the phone. I called and was told for my security I would have to come in and cancel my membership. I laugh at the "for my security" comment, but my point is there is never any consistency with this place. I had issues since day one and haven't gone back but a couple of times. I was supposed to have met with the Manager over an issue at one point. I had an appointment at 5 pm. I got there about 5 min early and told a girl behind the counter I had an appointment. It appeared she was afraid to bother him and he didn't take any consideration that he had a 5 pm appointment that he agreed to. I never spoke with him and could tell it was going to get worse before it got better. I will say the assistant manager was great. I don't know her name, but she was always helpful and tried to fix problems. Cleanliness was an issue early on and it just got worse.Below you can see the response that members CAN'T cancel over the phone. This means one of two things happened. One, would be my co-worker and her daughter were not told the truth when they called and were told their membership was canceled, or two, it was canceled over the phone and the training of the employees lacks. Either way, it's one more reason not to do business with Crunch Fitness.

I've been a member here for a the past few months and have the opportunity to see the true quality of the gym. Positive feedback: Great price for the space and gym equipment available, Equipment is usually fixed quickly if broken, and lastly there is a sound training staff. Negative feedback: There are a few essential things lacking, such as bottle refill station/water fountain. No one person should have to walk half a mile for water. Decline bench.. why on earth would you only have 2 decline benches and a just 1 decline machine. Lastly the sauna is probably the Lowest grade sauna I've been in leaving anyone in there struggling to get a good sweat in. As well as there only being 1 and the the constant rotation of people in and out making it impossible to reach a high temperature. Please work on these things to make your gym better.

Way too busy. I see some people come in daily for almost 2 months using a guest pass and they come in alone. Not with a BFF. I want a free membership.The gym is so packed it’s hard to even get a good workout in. Toilets are always out of order.Billing is awful. My husband and I have both been double billed and it takes a loooong time to get the refund, only because I called and complained. Otherwise they probably would have kept it.Parking is terrible. People parking in non-parking spots or taking up the handicap spots with no tag.However the equipment is amazing. The staff are positive and always helpful.

Update3/20: leak buckets when it rains, constantly out of cleaning supplies. Stall are barely held together, shower never get cleaned, hair everywhere even early morning. Kick off appointment is a joke, " nutrition plan is pushing their supplements. Free month for a friend joining getting charged anyway.2/1 I am a new gym goer, toilets leaking, constantly out of paper towels and sanitizer supplies on the floor back me and question why I am paying for unsanitary conditions. Never go on the week or after 4pm. Way too crowded. Also the daycare seems under-staffed for the amount of kids. I truly hope it is just "new" and working out the kinks and gets better quickly.
