Just wondering if there are any plans to add wall hooks or something to keep personal belongings off the floor in the tanning rooms. Putting all my stuff on the floor is gross as there has been hair and dirt on the floors every time I have tanned. I Like the gym overall just wasn’t sure if this was something that may have been forgotten.😀

No wifi, cannot sign up for classes 22 hours before. Sauna broken. They are over loading people in there to sign up but not everything is finished. They keep saying things will be fixed but it feels like they should of waited a month to open. Everything feels rushed. No hate just pointing out what I don't like and they need work on. Cheers.

Would give 5 stars if you opened before 5am on Mondays. Don’t post that you’re open 24 hours Monday-Friday when you’re not. Super annoying. Please open before 5am on mondays. Have only been one other time that wasn’t at 4:30am and it was super crowded, will not do that again which is why I go early. Other than that, nice facility and equipment.

Love the variety of equipment. However, the staff isn’t friendly, seem irritated when asked a question, and rush all interactions. They’re either overwhelmed with the amount of people or lack the knowledge of the facility. It has also gotten dirtier since they opened-possibly from the team standing at the desk & not cleaning

While this gym is new and going through trial and error. The manager, Hayden, needs to be overthrown completely. The gym never has cleaning supplies for the equipment and a lot of the equipment is constantly broken. I also still haven’t received any of the items I was told I would receive when I signed up online. The front is a mess with boxes everywhere as if they are still in the process before opening the gym. The staff seem way in over their heads and the management too pumped up on pre-work out to actually run the gym.

Gym looks great, sauna is amazing, but the opening was clearly rushed. Staff was not effectively trained by opening date. I upgraded my membership and it took them over a week to figure out a solution to something they screwed up on. Class instructors and schedules should have been figured out weeks before opening. Not really appreciating having access to a pilates class 2 weeks in a row at reasonable times for it to then be changed to only 2 classes a week. One at 6am on a Monday. Get real. Also their pilates and yoga classes are limited to only 20 people because they only purchased 20 mats... seriously???Hoping they have it all together by spring. They hyped up an entire community just to consistently fall short.

Overcrowded and unfinished. They keep boasting about how its 50,000 sq. ft. and the gym will never be crowded. That's just simply not true. I don't know if they're just hurting for money or what but when the locker rooms have 5 places to sit down to change and hundreds of people are in and out of this building it just doesn't work logistically. I mean they don't even have toilet paper holders in the stalls!?!? I wouldn't recommend this place to a new gym goer ever. And I get why they're running promotion after promotion, trying to get the new year new me crowd. But at this point they're just money hungry and don't care about the customer.

At first we had some issues, however, Hayden was very helpful and I feel confident that he is going to resolve the issues that we had. Overall, the price is great for all of the amenities. The gym is busy but I believe it will be less crowded in the upcoming months as the new gym hype and January rush dies down. We have never had to wait to use any of the other amenities such as tanning and the hydromassage, even at peak hours. Patrick has always been helpful and has helped me pick a shade multiple times. The classes I have attended have also been fun and energetic, I hope they offer more zumba classes in the future.

Really wish it wasn’t so insanely crowded, because of this it is never clean, spray bottles and paper towel are constantly out and there are literal lines to get on equipment. I guess they are currently “testing” class times but they have no workout classes at 6:30 or 7 which is prime for those who go to work at 8. There is great equipment but the last 2 weeks I can’t even get in my planned workouts because so much of it is being used the whole hour+ I am there. Hoping once all the “free” stuff ends this will become a functional gym where I can get to the equipment needed.
