FitTheorem - Federal Way

I love ILKB Federal Way! The instructors are super friendly, funny, supportive, and motivating. If you don't show up for class for a while, they reach out to make sure you're ok and ask you to come back soon. I joined last summer, and the ILKBFW members welcomed me and made me feel at home. They quickly became amazing friends and accountability partners. ILKBFW truly does give me the best hour of my day! As a busy working mom, it is so important for me to take a little time for myself, and this is time well spent! I am happier, healthier, and stronger - my blood pressure went from borderline high to the low end of normal after just a few months of kickboxing!

I have never been as dedicated to a gym membership as I have been with ILKB Federal Way. The staff are incredibly friendly and always make sure to check in with you before class. The facility is incredibly clean, has separate locker rooms for men and women, and tons of cool merch. I love the heart rate monitor to always see the progress I'm making. My absolute favorite thing about this studio is I know the instructors truly care about MY fitness goals. If I start missing classes they PERSONALLY CALL ME to check in and make sure I'm okay. What gym has ever done that?! I have been to so many gyms where no one knows my name. I have made so many friends through the ILKB FW family and it is truly amazing. The membership is 100% worth it.

I started kickboxing back in December reluctant to say the least joining ilkbfw was one of the best decisions I’ve made. The staff are friendly, amazing, but most of all supportive to help you achieve your fitness goals. The members are lovely and comes in many shapes and sizes all with the same goal of transforming your life through fitness. I love it here!

ILoveKickboxing Federal Way is the best hour of my day. Love the challenge it brings to my day. The staff is so supportive and encouraging. Once you start to see the change in yourself, you'll want to keep coming back for more! I am starting my second year, attending class 3-4 times a week. And now my husband attends with me, which makes it a fun experience.

iLoveKickboxing changed my life. The staff are amazing, really taking time to help you with your technique. I love the extra attention - I haven't experienced that with any other workout facility. I'm happy to say the workout has made me lose 10 pounds already, and it's only be a month! It’s honestly one of the best hours of my day. I love it!

ILokeKickboxing Federal Way is such a special place. The members are all so fun and supportive, as are the staff. This is not just a gym, this is a community, a family. I was nervous at first but the instructors worked one on one with me through my whole first class. Even now they are willing to spend time to make sure you know what to do. I love this workout. The name is perfect to describe this...I Love Kickboxing especially in Federal Way! The instructors make the class fun and welcoming. Their encouragement inspires me to workout harder. I definitely see positive changes in my body especially my abs! You have to try it out!

I love my Federal Way studio! The classes are challenging but go at your pace, push where you can and know after 60 minutes you you did NOT waste your time. Everyone is so nice and supportive and it is GENUINE. Knowledgeable staff with helpful tips on whatever you need. You get to know people really quickly here, all ages, body types and levels of fitness. Lots of high-5's. They have fun theme nights, challenges you can join if you want and the music is so good, totally keeps you moving! I am 50 and if I can do it, you can do it!

I’ve been attending ILKB Federal Way for about a year. I’m trimmer, stronger, more confident. I look forward to seeing the instructors who know me by name and class regulars. I’ve developed an entire new friend base. Everyone is warm and encouraging, from the franchise owner, the instructors, and fellow members. Everyone wants you to reach your goals whatever they are. There are all different skill levels and fitness levels that go which I think speaks to the comfortable and growth-minded environment. I like the range of classes they have so I can get an early workout in and get on with my day. I also like all the challenges they have. It’s a little extra motivation to get you through. It’s time for me to renew my membership and I’ll be doing it this week! Love my fitfam!

This studio is amazing. I really enjoy the workouts and the structure of the classes. I’ve never enjoyed a vigorous workout before becoming a member at this studio. I also really love that there are people at all different levels of fitness, size, and age. Regardless, the staff treats us all the same. It’s readily apparent that the staff and owners truly care about their members. This place gets an A+!
