We are fairly new to the state of WA. Between working from home and having a new baby I sort of lost "myself." My body isn't as strong as it used to be, obviously doesn't look the same as it used to and making friends when you are home all day is nearly impossible! Fast forward to finding ILKB-Federal Way. The best decision I've made for myself is signing up here! The staff is AMAZING, it is sooo clean and it is literally the best hour of my day. Not only do you feel great and stronger after each class but every single member of the gym is welcoming, fun, and everyone pumps each other up and keeps each other accountable! Come try it, you will NOT regret it!

Before starting here my experience exercising was 0. My son was diagnosed with cancer 4 years ago and just 6 weeks after my daughter was born. So for the past 4 years I have been carrying around ALOT of baby and stress weight. I have tried gyms but it’s hard to stay motivated and I got bored! This is so much fun and is more than a workout. It kicks my butt every time but is great and a stress reliever too! The staff is amazing they go above and beyond to make you feel like family! You are not alone here there is so much support! I’m hooked and love to come in!

ILKB is a good place to get a good workout, especially if you're tired of doing the same routine at the gym. I would say that attending these classes are much more effective than going to the gym and picking up weights. Although, I would say that combining the two would effectively help you achieve the goals that you are aiming for. I've definitely noticed a difference in my physique and metabolism since I joined in September.I originally just wanted to introduce something different to my weekly exercise routine, but the day after class I'm usually so beat I have to take a rest day.I give ILKB four stars only because, in my opinion, it's expensive. But I guess having to pay a high price for the VIP membership should be good motivation to keep you going to class, which the staff is great about letting you know if you haven't gone to class in awhile. But other than that, the staff is great, the people are friendly. The studio is kept extremely clean. I would definitely recommend ILKB to anyone out there that is interested, at least take the trial classes. The first three classes is $20 and you get free gloves. So if you figure out that you don't like it, NBD it's not for you, but at least you get to see what it's all about.

I have been going to ILKB in Federal Way since October 2017 and have got to say that I am so glad I chose to join. Going in to workout is not just like hitting the gym where you are on your own being your own motivation. ILKB is a family that really cares about the progress of EVER member. They know my name and check in on me to make sure I keep going in to hit my goals. Thank you for creating such a great place for all of us.

ILKB has encouraged me to work harder than I ever have before. After just one class, I knew that this place was for me. Each class is filled with positive energy and reminders of what goals I want to achieve. I used to be bored of working out alone and now I look forward to going to ILKB. I always leave class with a big smile on my face because of everyone's positive attitudes and how hard I worked myself. I've been a member for a little over a month now and I can already tell how much better I feel. Each class is very entertaining which makes me wanting to continuously work hard and go to class regularly. I am so excited to see what the next few months have in store for me.I highly recommend ILKB to any age and any level or fitness. If you're a beginning no need to be overwhelmed, the instructors are so helpful. If you are looking to make big changes in your life, this is the perfect environment for you. They run several challenges throughout the year that keep you motivated and working harder than ever.

The best workout you will have! After my mom signed up I had to try it out myself and after my first class I registered to become a member. You wont regret it,with the encouragement and welcoming from everyone you will fall in love with ILKB. Definitely will recommend to everyone I know!

Where do I start, ILKB Federal Way is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym I joined ILKB a year ago and it was the best decision I ever made. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, highly motivated, and awesome people to be around, they also understand what you are striving for and they try to get you there and further while having fun. I've never been in a gym with a better vibe And people, ILKB Federal Way is where I get my ME TIME and the best hour of my day.

I have always wanted to join kick boxing but could never find a right place that was close to me and worth joining. When I first joined ILKB I thought it was going to be like any regular intense workout but I was wrong! The instructors make sure you give all your got into the workouts and make sure to guide you. I have always been the person to need someone to help me push myself and they have helped me for sure! If you want a more hands on workout, I think ILKB is for you!

I signed up for their online special and loved my 1st class. I took an early morning class and was amazed how energetic and encouraging everyone was even at 7am. Warm ups are hard but the bag work was so fun that time flys by. I actually wouldn't mind a longer bag time. I enjoyed myself so much that I signed up for their one year membership. I am excited to get Wedding ready with them. Fees are not unreasonable so this type of studio, I can say they are a lot cheaper monthly then my dance classes. If you pay in full for the entire year on your 1st day, it only ends up being $121 a month with no enrollment fee.
