This place has everything you need. It has a 2 lane pool which is most ideal for me being a triathlete. Sometimes I want to swim, bike, and run in the same day which it perfect. It has some cool classes to take advantage of. It is very clean so I don't know what all these other people are saying. It hasn't been as crowded as people say it is in my experience. It has plenty of cardio machines and tons of weights so multiple people can use them. Overall, this is a fantastic gym and does not look run down at all, maybe that was a couple years ago, but I think it looks great. Would recommend for sure!

The actual gym: 4 starsThe staff: 1 starI've been a member for about a year and I like a lot of things about 24 Hour Fitness - the hours, how large it is, the variety of machines and equipment, and the energy & motivation of other people working out around you! However, I have several issues with the staff at this location. While some are friendly (they'll maybe say hi and smile), I see most staff hanging out at the front desk on their cell phones and chatting with each other. I find that most of them do NOT greet me when I come in, and if I need help (question about a machine, to ask for the TV remote, etc) they act as if I'm bothering them. My BIGGEST ISSUE is that no one seems to patrol the gym and restock anything!! The last 6 or 7 times I've been here the cleaning solution and paper towels are empty. How are people supposed to clean their machines?? It seems like for the amount of traffic that is in this gym all the time that the staff would be making rounds at least hourly (maybe more!) to check on supplies and their customers. I've brought this to staff's attention twice (when I had to ask for more towels) and they seemed as if they couldn't care less. Lame. This is annoying.Nicer staff would lead to a nicer gym.

My wife and I joined a few months ago and I have zero complaints. The staff is super friendly and helpful, equipment is clean and works. We go during the day so I can't speak to how packed it may get during peak hours. This is a large commercial, chain gym and exactly what I was expecting for a fair price. There is a wide range of fitness levels and everyone seems to have proper gym etiquette. I didn't have any of the issues some of the other reviewers where complaining about.

Most and I mean most of the cardio equipment is jacked up in one way or another. It may be the incline, speed, resistance, tv, heart rate monitor, changing direction can restart the machine, or it just doesn't work all together. With the amount of people that go to this gym you would think they would have the funds to fix or replace their sad and very irritating machines. Cardio is half of my workout so it is a pretty big issue for me. it is also a joke to talk about what went wrong each time I am in there. The staff has been very friendly.

The good:For it's size and classification it's a well equipped gym for the most part. The staff is very friendlyThe bad:This place is ridiculously over crowded. I've seen trainers jogging to grab a piece if equipment for their client as someone walked away from it. There have been lines for a shower in the men's locker room. There's a pretty high meathead factor here. People taking themselves and their "training" way too seriously.

I have been a member since they first opened. I am so disappointed in the condition of the gym, it is showing its age. Audio equipment is often not functional. The gym is now becoming home to many heavy duty weight lifters. This gym is not set up for this. Someone is going to get hurt, people are trying to out lift each other in less than an 4 foot corridor. There are many personal trainers, but hard to take them serious when one was wearing ugh boots and another was on a phone talking while working with a client. My membership is up in June and I am thinking of going elsewhere

Beware of their deceptive billing.I have heard nightmares about fitness tactilities and this just confirmed it.My daughter signed up and is away at school. So guess what, they keep charging my card even though she is not here. Called and talked to them about it and guess what? My problem not theirs.Cannot or will not recommend this place to anyone.

Club facilities - OK but half the TV's on the treadmills or the ellipticals do not work. When you ask the front desk staff about fixing things - some of them give an attitude. Especially the guy with dreads at the front desk on Sunday morning - wont let you have the remote to change anything on the TV either.Conversely -Tuesday and Wednesday afternoon front desk staff is much more nicer - they allow you to have the remote.Wow - customer service - what a concept! Wish they could learn some from the Denver area clubs
