24 Hour Fitness in Fort Collins offers a wide range of gym equipment, including weights, cardio machines, and additional amenities like a pool, sauna, and basketball court. The staff receives mixed reviews, with some members praising them for their friendliness and professionalism, while others have had negative interactions. Cleanliness and maintenance are major concerns, as many customers report the gym being dirty and equipment often out of order.

If I could give zero stars I would. Just went in for the first time after reinstating my membership as I just recently moved back to the area, and though it's been no issue before literally anywhere, my fiancé could not come in on a guest pass because of his ID which is out of state. The man at the counter then started trying to instigate a fight with another patron. I will be closing my membership and going to more expensive gym, since it seems paying more ensures an employee will not threaten to fight customers. Words cannot express how upset I was after witnessing the ordeal that I did not stay more than five minutes after that. So unprofessional. I don't care how upset you are that you got the night shift at a 24 hour gym. You do not verbally assault and threaten a customer. Not worth my coin and isn't worth yours.

I took up a 30 day membership while I was in town for work during March. I found the staff to be really friendly and helpful. The equipment is well used but in great condition. I'll definitely be coming back when I'm next in Fort Collins. Great gym!

i really loved this gym until the experience i had tonight. the workers were very rude and unprofessional when trying to figure out my billing and the “manager” or whoever that night was very hostile toward me and my girlfriend after she drove all the way from denver to workout with me. after this experience i may switch back to a more professional, friendly gym. i never thought that there would be a hostile, uncomfortable feeling at a place like a gym.

This gym has plenty of equipment and it serves my basic fitness needs but often times there are several machines out of service and in disrepair. I've noticed recently they've had issues with the plumbing and hot water heaters. There was one day I went in and only one sink in the entire women's locker room was working. Shortly after that the sauna was out of order and they were having issues with the showers. It just seems like it's lacking in general maintenance and up keep. I wish they would invest in a remodel and some new equipment or even an additional location to serve the growing population in the area. The reason I stay with them is because of the convenient location and my membership rates are discounted so the price point for me is good.

I signed up with this gym because they partner with my work place. This partnership is supposed to provide a month-to-month discounted membership with no annual or sign up fees. I am greatly disappointed as I was charged both fees and when I call to speak to a manager there are "none around" "all gone home for the day" "not available". When I signed up, the employee even ensured there would be no fees due to the relationship with my workplace and apparently lied straight to my face. I believe transparency is the most important part of customer service and this Fort Collins location has not provided any acceptable service or help.

I absolutely love this gym. I bought a 2 year membership at costco for $400.00 which makes it super cheap. My son LOVES the kids club and begs to go to the gym after school. The kids club has great staff, and the hours are great. I love that they don't close the kids club during nap time hours. I see others have complained about cleanliness, but I don't see any problems with it. I wipe my machine down BEFORE I get on, because I'm sure not everyone wipes down after use. The music is loud, but I wear my headphones so I don't notice it. Again, <3 this place!!!!!

Love this gym. Inexpensive and tons of machines so you never need to wait for a treadmill to open up. Lots of free weights and classes too!

Spinning classes are in decline and No focus from management to improve. They have old spin bikes, old ellipticals, new treadmills, new TRX, murky two lane pool. Overall the place has average equipment and typical health club atmosphere.

It appears this is just another big company queezing every penny out of the busienss and not puttign a die back into it. I used to go for the cardio equipment but most of it is broken and all of it is absolutley filthy (see pictures others have posted). Decided recently to cancel my membership because after two years some of the sme equipment had the same problems that were never fixed.

Very few of the tv screens on the cardio equipment work. I have a hard time finding an elliptical that works any better than poorly. The bikes are in terrible condition. I haven't gone around and tested each an every piece of equipment but some nights it has taken me 4-5 tries to find an elliptical that works. I'm not sure there is a bike that doesn't have a problem. With so many people using the gym, it is very hard to use the one of 2 pieces of equipment that actually work. I wouldn't recommend this gym to others.
