All the gym equipment is old and most of the cardio equipment is broken. Used to be very clean with top notch equipment. Club seems more focused on promoting the purchase of personal training than making sure the club is clean and equipment is working properly. Been a member since it opened 7 + years ago and they have not upgraded anything besides adding new medicine and bosu balls. Can't beat the price, but if another gym opens in southeast Fort Collins, 24 hour fitness will lose many members.

Not a bad place to workout, but not a great place either. The entire facility is pretty dirty due the excessive volume of customers. The facility does have a great range work out equipment. I have always wanted to use the pool but have been scared because of how unclean the rest of the facility is.Some of the treadmills NEED to be replaced or have maintenance issues.Staff and people in general are friendly. The facility has a closed off child playplace, which I appreciate.

This gym is awful! It is ALWAYS crowded to the point where it is uncomfortable. The whole place smells and is miserably hot. I couldn't even go near the steam room because of the mold smell. They are very deceptive in their billing and try to take advantage of you. When I tried to cancel they kept charging me and said they had no record of me cancelling, I refused payment on my credit card so it was taken care of, but through no help of 24 hour! I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to this gym.

I like 24. I've been going there for several years now, and it may not be the best gym in town but I'm not the best athlete in town either. I really enjoy the HIT class, and my only criticism is that they historically have cancelled it for the summer months. They shouldn't do that, as I know that some folks are members just because of that class. I would also say that there is an outstanding young male instructor that leads the class sometimes. His name is Taylor and he is head and shoulders better than any instructor there. He's motivating and just a down right good kid. He's a really good ambassador for 24, and management should take notice. Management should have him leading the class both days during the week. Another tip to the users; is get your membership at Costco. You pay up front for two years, but it averages out to about 10 dollars a month. Well worth the membership, even if you only use it a couple of times a month.

When I became member I was told they will charge me for 1st and last month. I told them when i sign that I just need for 2 months. They said thats OK - you have paid for 2 months now. I said, can I cancel now and stil good for 2 months? They say, cancel by July 5, you will not be charges - guess what, they charged me on June 28 and no one is willing to refund the amount. I kept telling them that I already have paid for 2 months and I dont mind continuing, but they dont have any branch in NJ.They keep saying sorry - but this is what it is. So, ended up paying twice to them for last month. So pathetic customer service... think twice before signing - they say something else and do something else... BEWARE.. GUYS....!

I like working out at 24 in Fort Collins. It can get quite busy during the rush hours but I can always find something to do. I have used a personal trainer there and have gotten good results. They showed me things I haven't done before to get my workouts done faster but hitting the all the muscle groups I wanted. The fees are great for me as well. I don't need a fancy club with a cafe, bar, and tennis court. I wish they had more spin bike classes in the winter though.

The classes weren't any good, the whole facility was always super hot and they make you jump through hoops to cancel your membership when you are trying to switch gyms. They advertise free trial periods but force you to sign a membership with a huge down payment on day one. I definitely regret dealing with this gym at all.

It gets really old seeing people bash 24 Hour in Fort Collins. As the saying goes you get what you pay for. It is an affordable health club and I couldn't be happier with it. Yes if you go during peak hours it is difficult to get use of any machines and yes the club is a little on the trashed side. Well newsflash EVERY gym is like that at those hours; whether you're paying 30 bucks a month to 90 bucks a month. If you want a clean environment to work out in don't go right after work plain and simple!

Unlike Raintree and some of the other gyms in fort collins, this gym has absolutely stinky equipment. I enjoy morning and night workouts, and the guy at 11:00 pm at the desk is a complete jerk. He seldom smiles and it's even more rare to see him welcome you or even say hello. I rank this BELOW my highschool gym... which is saying a lot. The pool is also rather sketchy... since it is open 24 hours I wonder when they ever clean it. I've seen their janitor cleaning the main room before, but never have I seen them clean the pool. and I like to swim after workouts as cool down... and this was not an option. If they got better customer service and were honest with their customers regarding "package deals" and the ability to cancel, I might like this gym more. So overall, I was not impressed.

Flexible schedule and good equipment. Can be crowded at peak time (5PM) but a little patience is all it takes to score that coveted piece of equipment. If you can't afford to wait, don't go at (5PM), I find that afternoons and weekends are perfect for me.
