24 Hour Fitness in Fort Collins offers a wide range of gym equipment, including weights, cardio machines, and additional amenities like a pool, sauna, and basketball court. The staff receives mixed reviews, with some members praising them for their friendliness and professionalism, while others have had negative interactions. Cleanliness and maintenance are major concerns, as many customers report the gym being dirty and equipment often out of order.

This place does not offer towels and it is dirty. I have a sports membership and thought I would take advantage of this place while visiting my office in Ft Collins. I have and will again but its bring your own hand towel, shower towel and make sure you wash your hands before you leave.

When I go to the gym I bring 2 things. My Phone and my keys. I keep my phone because that's how I listen to music. My keys need a place to go, there is drawer at the main desk where they key lost and found keys. I've seen this drawer, I know it exists, I know there is room for one more key ring. When I ask the attendant "Can you just toss my keys in that drawer and I'll pick them up on the way out" I'm retorted with "Bring a lock man, sorry". I'm told bring an additional lock to lock a locker for a key ring of keys. When I could just drop them off there and pick them up on the way out. No Gym back, no protein shaker bottle, no extra shoes or headphones. Just some keys. It's the little things that make customer service. Like smiling on the phone, saying "My pleasure" or ...... just put the keys in a drawer for an hour.

The gym while having plenty of equipment, the music is very loud on the lowest setting. It's to the point you can feel your organs rattling. Come on guys are we doing sound warfare here? I took on a second membership because of that factor alone. If I could I would give them negative stars. Customer service, pretty much take a number, now calling... No one. Thanks for your membership now GTFO. Pay us and leave, we don't want you actually using our old, and rusted facility. Hey 24, do everyone a favor, close down and give the building to planet fitness, they know how to do customer service, cleaning, and maintenance.

This manager or guy who runs this facility is pushy and annoying when I finally went to cancel my membership he and others seemed reluctant to do so. Made it seem like it was impossible and told me to cancel it at another club when I move to Denver. Newsflash bro I know how numbers go and you just didn’t want your numbers to be affected by the fact that I was canceling because it looks poorly on you. Then come to find out both of the Denver locations I’m close to all suck, so yah going somewhere way better for cheaper.

Everyone stuff is nice and professional, even the idea of going to 24 makes me happy!I only attending classes there, each coach is energetic and full of positive power that not only lift for your body, but also your soul! And definitely love the friends I made over there! Things go perfect in 24!

The gym would be great if it was clean. I came for a free trial and got ringworm (highly contagious skin infection). No one wipes down machines after they are done and staff doesn't clean regularly. You get what you pay for with a cheap gym though.

zero star. I just joined this member and my friend 5 of us and my wife has the 3 day free pass The first day we went in with my wife. The front desk staff refused us to go in because we don't have a Colorado ID. I told him we talked to your manager in the morning and said we could go in. He didn’t believe the evidence required of the manager. His attitude is very bad siad you guys are last day。whats that mean? Racial discrimination?we are not going to this gym anymore

This location is showing it's age. Some equipment is the same that was installed over 10 years ago. Locker rooms are generally on the dirty side, and it is fairly often that at least 1 of the 4 showers is broken. On the positive side, it's fairly cheap and month to month.

I love working out, so business wise, I love 24. I think since this one had no similar competition they haven't too seriously some important factors. It's the only one North of Boulder, so they get away with a bit more, but bathrooms WILL be dirty. If bathroom is all dirty I can only imagine the pool area...Equipment will break, but when I told the front desk rep he said oh which one? Didn't get up to check it or anything. When I left I saw he didn't even put a sign on it yet, and it almost had me f'd up and was clearly malfunctioning. The janitor lady once I watched her touching ppls things without their consent. When I said something she said she has move them to clean. I watched another mopping the pool area with bleach while ppl were swimming. They have signs clearly staying when they'll shut off saunas, but VERY often it's off at 9, 10, 11. Anywhere from 1-3 hours early. It's got some cool mfers though. Mitch Parsons, a few other guys who are there in the eveningWhen Alive fitness opened many left.True Fit is opening and more will check it out. I hope this 24 gets with it because 24 hour in Denver is killing it.

Went in last week to inquire about a membership. I filled out some info with my name, email, phone #. Then Sat down waiting for their only staff member who can do new memberships to come and get me. After 45 min I left. It has now been a week later and no phone call or email from this gym inquiring to my visit. Seems to me they do not want new members and could care less if you join their gym. Terrible customer service. I wasn't even asked if I wanted to work out while I waited.
