false advertising! gym open from 5-9....how does that equal 24/7 do the math! LOL I could understand if the hours were maybe 3am to 12 midnight..at least that's close to 24 lol.

Thoroughly enjoy this gym but their hours of operation are pathetic, it should go without saying what their hours ought to be and it would appear they have ample staffing to do so but they are just simply unwilling to return to a full 24 hour schedule

I like this gym but with the hours they are open I cannot use my membership, You pull my membership during COVID, at least you could do is give us more hours.

Derek, the head manager of this location, is a great and very friendly guy. His team is friendly and helpful too. The gym is clean and filled with a lot choices for equipment

Love this gym and it’s staff. Friendly, clean, and good assortment of equipment. Changing rooms are very nice as well. Jamie is great!

Pretty ridiculous that the hours are still so limited from covid. Honestly even if you can't go back to 24 hours then at least stay open past 10 pm. Pretty ridiculous. Everything else about the gym is great

Waiting for 10 minutes at the door to get to yoga class every Friday because the schedule is done without a break between previous class and yoga class. Previous class comes out at 11 , yoga class walks in at 11. On the same door. No ventilation between classes. GM C. refused to come and see us waiting at the door.

Our membership was not fully cancelled as we were told it was. Part of our family was charged randomly a few times. We went in and were told we were all set. Charges came back- shocker right? On the phone the gal kept saying “you don’t have to raise your voice” as I spoke- I think they have this conversation quite often. Yikes for the staff.We supported this business during the shut down and continued payment, and discussed with them applying the payments in the future. Apparently that was not accurate and we were “obligated” to respond to an email that offered buddy passes for the 3 months instead. Ah, I see. Very disappointed, but not really surprised.So much for this place being different than the others. Sigh…. I

I have to say that this club has really improved. I am extremely impressed with the new GM Courtney she was so helpful and clearly her leadership has helped make big changes in there. Thank you so much! Definitely come check out this gym!
