Purchased a day pass for $20 and went the next day and was told it doesn’t count for 24 hours and I’d have to buy another one. I found a 3 day free trail online and when I went in the next weekend I was told since I had already bought a day pass I couldn’t get the free trail even thou no one told me about it when I bought the day pass. Terrible customer service. Will not be going back.

Not a bad gym but the people here are annoying. It like they crawled out of a gutter somewhere. If you're looking for a 24 hour gym look somewhere else XD

Great facility. They’ve revamped equipment after the pandemic. Clean, secure and well maintained. Does get a bit busy at times. Lots of free classes to boot and friendly faces to greet you at the door. Get your burn on!

I have felt very safe in this club in Fort Collins Colorado. It seems that they're going overboard to keep it especially clean and sanitized. Occasionally you'll see a member not doing what they should but that's not the club. They seem to enforce these people if they see them.

They have all the equipment you could ask for and the employees are generally nice. However, I joined this gym under the assumption that "24 Hour Fitness" meant "24 hour fitness". Either change the name or commit to the basic principle of your advertising and branding.

A good place to work out. But often enough you go there the kids club doesn't have enough employees randomly. And waits can be hour or longer.

The gym isn’t even open 24hrs. This shortening of hours is a violation of the agreement I signed up for. Greedy upper management wanting to increase profits. Can’t wait for the lawsuits to start.

Buyer beware!!!! Harmony location in Fort Collins. Took my sons in to check it out and met with Matt to get one of them signed up. 3 times Matt looked me in the eyes as I reiterated what we agreed upon and he concurred. I left my son to finish signing up and Matt charged him an extra $50 more than we agreed to. He lied to my face 3 times!!!! No credibility whatsoever. Never had a single issue in 15 years at Miramont. Get everything in writing.

Actually so disappointed with the staff at the front desk at the one on Timberline and Harmony. Absolutely rude and don’t acknowledge me when I walk in. I had a lady blatantly ignore me on my way out, but made sure she said bye to my friend. A couple of the staff members just don’t care. They sit on their phones and act like it’s a chore to look up and greet people.Unimpressed and will be calling tomorrow about that.

Terrible location. I cancelled my membership back in March and got billed out of nowhere in July. After speaking with two different employees (one of which I was told was a manager) told me I would receive my refund within a week. A week and half later I go to check on the status. I was told the request would not in and I would not receive any refund. All because their system kept my account open. They have always given me the run around and I will never give my business back.
