The teachers at Miramont have always gone above and beyond for my kids. We love Miramont so much! It will be hard to leave once my youngest goes to Kindergarten

Normally this is a pretty good place. Although right now just like every other gym in the country it the attack of the resolutionaries. And apparently somehow this gym has been roped into pledge week. Taking an average of the gym over the year it is normally a really okay place. But right now it sucks. And there are so many people that you no longer have any positive integration with the staff. And the newcomers don't understand the existing structure.

Miramont Preschool has been such a wonderful experience for our twins. We feel they are ready academically and personally/socially for kindergarten and had a wonderful time playing as they learned along the way. We can't say enough about Joanna, Bri, Jenn, and the rest of the teachers. Thank you!

Miramont Preschool has been awesome for preparing our daughter for kindergarten. We have had a very positive experience there the past 2 years. We highly recommend it to our friends and family.

I was a guest at Miramont just to try it out and found it to be the best facility in Fort Collins. Since I am new to the area I did shop around.By the way, regarding the less than appropriate comments sent in: …

I have been complaining about some broke equipment for over 4 months to the front desk. My wife and I go early and there are no managers at the gym during these times. I finally called about a month ago and Matt the person in charge of equipment knew nothing of the problems and would get it fixed. One got fixed, the other did not. about two weeks after that I left my name and number with the front desk and asked for a manager to call me. Matt called me about 3 days later and said the equipment is old and there isn't much he can do about it. Today I went to cancel my membership, at first they said I was under 12 month contract. They acted like this was my fault and were rude about it. They finally waived the cancellation fee but would not return this months membership dues because I have used the gym (yeah, with broken equipment). Going back to FCC, the drive is longer, but worth it!

Recently moved to Fort Collins and discovered the limited health club options. Had been a member of 24 hour fitness for the past 7 years but the FC location was too crammed, so I cancelled my 24 hour membership and joined this gym with my wife. I have been a member of great, good, average and poor gyms over the past 20 years. The facility itself was pretty nice but for the price I paid, I would expect the management team to attempt to act like they cared and learn how to treat a customer. Don't let their initial pitch and seemingly nice atmosphere fool you. I wasn't happy, I requested to cancel my membership, I was offered a reduction to the cancellation fee but asked to try one more month and if I still wanted to cancel I could with the reduction. So I decided to try one more month and suddenly the promise to reduce my fee was forgotten. Bad form.Negatives:- Overpriced- Year long contract- $150 Cancellation fee- crammed with high school children once fall sports finished up- pool overran with unsupervised children- unprofessional lying management staff- foul odors from free weights not being cleaned- Preferential treatment to tennis members- Limited class schedules- Basketballs in the gym are mostly warped- hot tub was always packed- very small lap pool (usually full of children)- very rigid and ridiculous rules (I have never been told that I can't have a channel changed to sports at a gym or music changed or turned down)- Bend those same rules for some...- Flirting with a mans wife and every female that walks in is not OK certain male front desk worker...Positives:-Mostly friendly training staff and front desk- Nice steam room- no obvious steroid users- average equipment- equipment repaired quickly- mostly clean with an exception of the showers and the free weight area- year round outdoor pool (although it was very chilly but that may be for lap swimmers )- tons of parking- lots of natural light

Great gym with great trainers. I've been working out here for two years now. Lots of parking. Machines are fixed quickly if they break. Always very clean equipment and locker room. I like the classes. Most of the time it's not too crowded; however, it can become packed at peak hours.

They are a complete rip off! if you sign a contract they will still charge you monthly if you stop going, just because of the fine print in the initial contract. I left for Army basic training the month after my contract expired, then they charged me while i was gone, and are forcing me to pay 3 months of membership, or else they threatened to send me to collections, all because no one told me I had to give a written notice of leaving the gym for good. Complete bullcrap. The trainers are over priced aswell. This is NOT the gym to get in shape if thats what you're looking for. This is a gym that will charge an outrageous membership cost compared to the other gyms in Fort Collins. The gym is overly packed in the mornings and is impossible to find a good parking spot

I want to personally thank Miramont Lifestyle Fitness North and their Climbing Wall Manager, Mike Mills. We have an event where we rappel 300 ft. and as we explained this to him, just looking for some equipment advice, he took time out to not only explain to us what we would need equipment wise, but took us through a hands on demonstration just to make sure we felt safe and comfortable.I so appreciate all of the Miramont Lifestyle Fitness locations and the community we have there. The safe and fun child care, our Crossfit BOX and coaches, the cafe that provides us a morning sanctuary and all of the staff that makes us feel like we are at concierge serve!!
