Terrible business, with horrible and predatory business practices. Multiple times they were told to cancel/no longer charge the account and I would sign cancellation papers after the pandemic. They initially told me yes, but come to find out my account was never paused and they now want $400+ in unused Gym fees. I'm planning to sue in claims court. Stay FAR away

Good gym, poor corporate cancellation policy. Want to make it difficult to cancel even if you're right in the middle of moving away. What a shame! Guess they value milking that last month of fees out of you rather than simply making it a seem less experience. Lame.

The Fort Collins Genesis South gym is a great place to work out, play tennis, or go for a swim. It is clean and the staff is friendly. Molly in Membership is really cool too!

In recent communication with Hanna (Membership) and Jolee (Club Manager), Hanna worked tirelessly through a myriad of unique (and very possibly) new issues regarding our account, after which Jolee confirmed with Corporate. Hanna followed through with each detail required to make this issue work smoothly. All too often in our hurried pace of life, we do not take the time to thank people who are "simply doing their jobs." Hanna immediately identified the issue, developed a plan, then accomplished the task in an incredibly short period of time, going above and beyond what one would expect from any office in today's world. Her timeliness and accuracy "got the job done." This is simply a 'bit of the story,' the essence of the above remarks and the outcome can be summed up in 3 words, "efficient, proficient and munificent." Thanks, Hanna!

I recommend not signing up here they will charge you for a membership that you cancelled. Wish I could give you zero stars. The people who work here do not no how to do there jobs. They will not cancel you membership and will charge you month to month. This is such a scam. This was all during COVID when the gym was not open. Have over 50 calls going over and over again on how this was cancelled.

It's a solid gym for a solid price; I've never been much of a gym-goer, but figured I'd try it out with a recent promotion, and I have to say I am enjoying it so far. Feel like I get a lot of value and everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Friendly and professional staff. Nice clean remodeled spaces. All three sites had basketball courts but South and North courts got gobbled up by Crossfit which doesn't interest me. Anyway there is one indoor court left at the FCC "central" location, and it was all redone. Really beautiful court.

Love being a member at Miramont South. It feels like a community, great instructors, great classes. Loved the pool and cafe this summer. Yummy food and great service! My son loves the childcare and other activities too.

Friendly staff, great equipment and functional fitness space, as well. High quality personal training like none I've seen before. They know their stuff and I trust them to train my teens as they are becoming more interested in working out. Members are there to workout, not take Instagram selfies which is so refreshing. Everyone is nice. Classes are awesome. Any level of fitness or age will feel welcome here.

I’m a new member and from what I’ve seen, everything is clean, women’s locker room is nice and well stocked. They do have wipes and spray to wipe down after use. Only thing I will say is that staff who work the front desk need to greet their guests. I came in and left and not once was I greeted. I’ve worked in the retail industry for years and customer service is a huge thing to me. When I scanned my key card, the guy just looked at me without saying a word, just odd. Other than that, place seems chill.
