They recently raised their prices, but dumbbells are missing, free weights are scarce, equipment is often broken, and their one EZ curl attachment is unbearably squeaky. Only thing they have going for them is their friendly staff, and that it’s not as busy as GB3.

Staff is excellent, love the fellow clientele, feels like a family. Mihron is great! The gym is spacious and not crowded when I get there weekdays, early in the morning. I don’t feel judged by super fit people, or anyone really! From what I understand, it has gone through several business name changes - so the old reviews on here don’t really count. The gym is currently a Valley Fitness. You can tell the bathrooms are remodeled, and they’re working on updating the AC. There is a new(ish) manager that is kind, working hard to get the gym just right, and is definitely there if you’ve got any concerns. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed

Great gym for the price. Staff is great. Plus the owner has the guts to stand up to our clown governor "do as I say not as I do" Newsom.

Cool environment but there are too many treadmills out of service. I’m not sure if the gym has a repairmen but days and weeks go by not fixed. Planet Fitness, here I come lol

You guys need to fix the AC. It's not that it's hot. It's that it's basically 100% humid... And that's not ocean humidity, or lake or rain humidity. That is pure sweat humidity. The moisture in the air is evaporated sweat. Otherwise the Price is good. Equipment is good.

Many improvements ... Four deadlift boxes, a separate legs room, cardio galore! For the most part, the members do a good job of racking their weights (I went in at noon ... It might be a different story at night).Plenty of metal and machines.

I started going to the gym here a few years ago and switched to GB3. After making the change and coming back for a night I remember why I left in the first place. This place is pretty run down.... But you get what you pay for I guess. Don't think ill be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Been going to this place for some time. Although, I feel like it's slowly going downhill. Theres friendly staff, you can get a decent workout and the A/C is better, but the equipment is really starting to degrade. Besides general wear and tear, my biggest issue is that there is something is wrong with the power supply on the treadmills. I've had two lose power on me mid run, causing me to stumble and almost lose my footing and two that do not keep it's speed at a constant rate, shorting out.
