This is the worst location in Fresno. The staff is rude, particularly the personal trainer named Brandon. He lacks professionalism and has zero communication skills. He made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome just because I wanted to use the punching bag. Every other location allows all guests to use it but for some reason only privileged guests are allowed to here. Bad vibes, mediocre equipment and rude staff. I would give ZERO stars if I could.

If you like weight machines, this is the gym for you. Their machines are in good shape and top notch. The free weight section is undersized and is usually crowded, even at 5:00am when I'm there. The cable machines are missing almost all of the attachments. They don't let you use and of the functional training equipment like TRX Trainer, Swiss ball, kettlebells, heavy bag, etc unless you are in their group personal training classes. They had told me upon signing up that I could this equipment as long as they weren't doing personal training on it. Turns out this is untrue. If the gym weren't $10/mo, I probably wouldn't be there.

Signed up about 10 months ago with my girlfriend, and was supposed to have a once a month meeting with a trainer to make sure I'm doing what I was set out to do and take measurements. Only once in the 10 months did the trainer actually meet with us. After the 1st time the guy canceled and never tried to meet up with us again. Not even a call or a text.So if you're thinking of signing up with this gym, don't. Almost no staff. And there is a "cancelation" fee of one extra months payment. Even though I hadn't come to the gym in 4 or more months, they still had me pay for the last month. And yes I asked about me not having to pay because I hadn't been there is so long, "you've already taken a lot of my money".

The egos are bigger than their muscles at this gym.. Staff is rude.. The environment is not that great.. Ppl with big egos.. And too many rules. I love the cedar and ashlan location tho. Update 6/25/17 they just got rid of the last day care within their facilities so the obviously do not care for those customers with children.. and tried to tell us last minute so they can charge us another month before we had a chance to cancel membership.. these guys are crooks!

I've been here a few times and only because my girlfriend has a guest pass. My regular gym is GB3. Every Fitness Evolution I go to, it is a treasure hunt finding treadmills that function, or, are not falling apart. There is a lack of weights also, and no gym etiquette. Don't be scared by the price tag of GB3. They don't charge you an annual fee, plus it's worth the extra monthly payment. Everything is included with a membership and they don't suck more money out of you for things like classes, or access to all of their gyms.

The trainers are the worst part about the gym,I'm tired of being told that I can't use all the equipment at the entrance because it's for trainers only. Nobody ever uses it! Not to mention most of the trainers are out of shape.

I love the Evo fit classes the ppl are great, the trainers do a good job of following up with you, and reprogramming. Like anything in life you have to be ready to work hard and really want results in order to see them. Overall I love it here!! 💪😁 …

After all the small print pops up, you'll be paying the same as the big gyms, everything is extra, kid care is an additional charge to your membership of 14.99, so all together $30.00 a month. They barley have any weight plates, you'll have to grab some all the time off another machine. If you don't have kids care, it's $5.00 a day. An weight machines are not bolted to the ground. 👎👎

Blackstone n GettysburgBathrooms have been dirty for 3 weeks straight. Orange goo growing up the walls at least 12 inches in all of the women's shower stalls. I've mentioned it at least once a week to different employees every time. They all acknowledge that they know there's an issue and that they will let management know. They blame it on the cleaning crew. As a business owner I know if your crew isn't doing it's job time to get a new crew. Handle business powwow. Hoping it gets taken care of soon or I may need to switch gyms. Ugh so disappointed.
