Fall, winter, and spring months are okay at this location, but summer is unbearable. The heat and humidity inside is horrible. Unless you are someone who likes working out in a 90+ degrees gym (basically anytime after 12pm noon), go elsewhere, at least for the summer.P.s. The only A/C that is running is in the bathrooms.

First they messed up my billing information, then charged me late fees, even though it shouldve been avoided. Due to their employees incompetence, I paid the price. Three times!!! Once is an understandable mistake, I guess. I was comped for one month among other poor attempts made to try and convince me to stay. Even after I tried to terminate my membership, they failed to provide accurate information. Staff was rude a lot and seemed like rules varied in regard to guest and facility priveleges, since I signed up for premium and one guest. Bathroms and showers definitely not as well kept as PF. For the price I paid here I would have much rather gone to planet fitness in the beginning.

Once I walk in the door, I’m already breaking a sweat. It’s extremely hot in the gym during the summer time. Their A/C doesn’t ventilate their gym well enough and considering looking for a different gym that cares about their customers environment. I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone because it’s uncomfortable to workout in an environment without overheating with no A/C to cool your body.

Love this gym. They have a very spacious building with a lot of room to workout. The staff is very helpful and are willing to answer any questions you might have. The gym equipment could you a little TLC from the staff and management. A lot of the equipment like the cardio areas are sometimes broken down and it doesn't get repaired in a timely manner, so on busy week days when the gym rush goes into effect, its hard to get a workout in since half of the cardio equipment is sometimes out of order.

It's okay. Kind of a small gym. Not a lot of perks unless you're willing to pay. I had the membership of $25 a month so I could go to any gym. Ended up only going to this gym. They didn't run the AC or heater and there isn't a lot of equipment. If it was bigger and if theyd run the AC or heater I probably would've stayed a gym member. But if you're doing the $10 a month membership its good a gig.

FIT EVO Class ROCKS!!! Brandon is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and encouraging. All shapes and sizes and ages. NOT a meat market, real people, realistic goal setting. Shower room is clean

It's kinda cool to use the treadmill on the second floor and do some people watching but overall an average gym. The price is cheap. In the summer some days they don't run the air conditioning when they expect less people.

Gym is okay but my main issue is with the staff, particularly, the trainer Brandon. I never met such an insecure gym staff in my life. I was doing pull-ups after 3 other staff said it was okay since the cross fit class was over. But Brandon came over condescendingly talking about needing to pay extra to be in the area. Long story short, I laughed at his weak alpha male attempt and directed him to "talk to your co-workers." He got flustered and quickly called "911"...Cop and I had a laugh ...super hilarious. Very odd guy with bad people and communication skills.

I usually go to another location but I tried this one because it was open late. In addition to being hot and dirty, with about half the paper towel dispensers left empty, the guy behind the counter started shouting at me from across the gym because apparently, I'd wandered into an unauthorized area (not that there was a sign, just a bunch of weights and what looked like a yoga area). And again, I can't overstate how hot and uncomfortable this place is. I don't actually blame the desk guy. I wouldn't be happy working in a hundred degree heat either.
