It’s an ok gym in my opinion.Pros:- It’s clean for the most part- It’s open 24 hours- It has nice and friendly staff which is rare from a gym.- The people who go there aren’t loud and do respect others. There is also a ring they use if you’re being a douche.- The massage chairs are nice to have after a workout.Cons:- Doesn’t have some necessary equipment such as benches with barbell for chest or shoulder.- Can run out of benches, dumbbells and other workout equipment even at slow hours simply because there aren’t enough of them available.- Too many cardio equipment makes the gym look like a treadmill store rather than a gym.Overall, if you’re looking for a normal workout, mostly to keep up your health and don’t have any other options around it won’t be worse idea to use this gym.

I recently moved to the Frisco area and joined the Planet Fitness! This team does a great job keeping the club clean! The team is also very friendly- Jerome and Liza have been especially great!

This gym has it ALL! From Cardio machines, free weights, to target work machines. And Rome was amazing. He was so helpful. He really goes above and beyond to make you feel appreciated and ensure you are getting the best workout experience based on your needs.

I enjoy going to Planet Fitness for many reasons. The staff at the Frisco location is super friendly and always engaging. The facility is clean and I’m always seeing staff vacuuming or wiping down the equipment or generally just taking care of the gym. The pride each person shows in their job really makes the patrons feel at ease and welcomed. ‘Judgement free zone’ is another perk to PF. I have worked out at other gyms over the years and have never felt as relaxed and ‘unnoticed’ without the stares as I do at PF. That’s a GOOD thing! Ha! The Lunk alert cracks me up! Plenty of equipment to go around but the only setback I can see is the smaller free weight section. Not unusable but during peak times it’s challenging to get the weights needed when needed. Other than that, a great gym for people who just enjoy having fitness be a part of their lifestyle and want a cheap, family friendly, and judgement free place to workout!

The staff is friendly and the equipment options are plentiful. I recently rejoined and I'm trying to find that morning time frame when it's not too busy.I will add, that the women's restroom needs housekeeping at all times. Also, enforce the female members to clean up after themselves .

I previously gave PF Frisco a 5-Star rating, but it has changed. I don’t know if management has changed or what’s going on, but the cleanliness of the facility is going wayyyy down.On every visit, I now pick up the trash other gym members are leaving behind because the staff clearly are not. The trash cans are constantly overflowing and the ‘cleaning stations’ are NOT clean. Machines are staying out of order, extended amounts of time. The music isn’t even as upbeat.None of these things I’ve mentioned today were ever an issue before. The gym was being well-maintained. Now, it’s like they don’t care as much.It’s very disappointing to see the decline. Obviously, if we can see it, so can the local management. So what’s the saying: if you see something, do something. Your customers should not have to clean your facility.The price to be a member can’t be beat. But, standards for quality should be the same. What you did to get us should be what you do to keep us.

The gyming experience at the Frisco location is stellar. Every time I stop by to get a workout in, the staff is always so friendly. I’m greeted upon coming in and greeted on the way out! It’s good feeling like I belong there. The gym is clean and the equipment seems to always be in good working condition. Keep it up Frisco.

New Staff and they are doing a great job keeping the gym clean and organized.Noticed some benches got repaired and they added a couple of new stations.Update: new equipment didn't last long!

Everyone there sits on the equipment while on their phone. The members could care less if someone is waiting on a machine. I can never get a full workout in because of this. Do not join this gym.Answer to your response:The employee at the desk was with customers and then also on their phone. One time I did complain to an employee about everyone doing texting reps he said that he can’t do anything about it and I would just have to wait.

It was so good to be able to workout without a mask on and nobody treated us any differently. About half had mask on and half did not. Social distancing was being done. There are plenty of cleaning station so the equipment is to be after use. Hand sanitizer around the gymI tried working out with a mask on after working a 12-hour shift wearing a mask and I just couldn’t do it. So this was my first workout in 9-months. .
