I called ahead to confirm they had hydromassage beds and I was told "we upgraded to the loungers". Loungers are definitely a downgrade; they are so uncomfortable!I was trying to stream with my trainer while there but the internet connection was so bad, that we got kicked out of the room several times.

I'm an avid gym goer and I actually enjoy the laid back atmosphere of this planet fitness however, lately there have been several issues.1. The gym isn't always clean, spray bottles to clean equipment are often empty and no napkins are available.2. They have it FREEZING in this gym. Gyms aren't about comfort they are about hard work. I can't even break a sweat in the gym because they have it so cold now. The freezing temperatures leave room for injury and cramping of the muscles. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!!3. Closing without warning!!!! There have been several times that I've gone to this gym only to find a note on the door that they are closing early. This is a huge inconvenience as it's a 24 hour gym. I understand that finding workers is hard right now, but atleast figure out a way to notify people via the PLANETFITNESS app. What's the purpose of the app if it can't be used for things like that? Also may I suggest hiring a night time security guard instead of depending on staffing overnight? This would prevent the closures over night.

I would have given a five out of five star review but...I love everything about this particular facility. The staff, the equipment, the cleanliness, the variety of drinks for working out or protein shakes, the discounts offered ect..I generally love this gym. The one down side I have recently began to notice is the non staffed outside trainers that come multiple times a day with their clients to train. This is all fine and dandy. What isn't okay is being bullied off of a squat rack between sets (I had a 30 second break) I had only been on the squat rack for 3 minutes total at that point and was on my second set. I was approached by a man who interrupted my personal time (I am a mother of five children the gym is my only time to myself). I was asked very brashly and rudely " will I be done quickly? I replied with sir I have two quick sets of squats left and I will be finished. He said well you need to share. I was baffled as I had just gotten on the equipment. Not to mention he had the squat rack next to me for his clients who were already beginning to use their squat rack. I said to him "Well sir you pay the same amount I pay and you need to learn to be patient and considerate of others too." He replied I have been doing this for 25 years and people do other exercises on the squat rack that shouldn't be done on the squat rack. I said "Okay well that's not my business nor is it yours and you should still learn some patience and consideration....And instead of nit picking at people for what you feel their doing wrong why don't you offer your expertise instead of tearing them down? Of course meat head didn't have much to say after that. Needless to say, as a female member I don't feel necessarily safe in the same building as someone who feels so entitled to bully folks off of equipment. I feel like there maybe needs to be a policy about trainers bringing in their clients to train and being rude or rushing the everyday clients off of equipment. I can say this has never happened to me before at any other gym. Not to sure why it happened here?

The staff is friendly and the gym itself is a well maintained facility. It’s a well equipped gym that is conveniently operated 24hrs. Perfect for students and those who work. The black card membership is totally worth it and for someone like me who is traveling between 2 countries few times a year, I have access here in Texas and Qatar.

Honestly, if you have the money take your hard earned coins somewhere else. I cancelled my membership (I had to pay $58 to cancel). I then realized I was charged the same day for another month. I went to request a refund for this charge and the manager, who was pretty rude, refused. They trap you into their gym with “low rates,” but once you want to cancel they are unwilling to work with you. I will never go back to planet fitness ever again. Horrible, would not recommend to anyone. If I could give zero stars I would.

came here at 5:30am thursday july 28th, a girl threw up on the floor and it was me and a couple other people trying to help her and there was no employees anywhere, we even tried going to the staff room and no one would help us it literally felt like no one was working. tried to clean it the best we could without any employees. i finally saw the employee just as i was leaving and he seemed very busy flirting and touching a girl customer. not to mention the trashcan was LITERALLY overflowing; i got a pic i’ll try to attach it. this experience actually horrifying and i will definitely be canceling my membership.

Very clean club with great equipment. I love the 30-minute circuit, but this club’s setup is a little strange: all the leg machines are in a row. Other clubs have them interspersed with the upper body machines. I don’t use the circuit here, for that reason.

It's a very affordable fitness option. Most of the equipment seems well maintained, and basic janitorial tasks are managed well. Only gripe is really with my fellow patrons. So many people seem to pick a machine and camp out, playing with their cell phone more than exercise. Why spend the money on a gym membership if you're just going to be playing on your phone. Maybe it's the place to be seen? But by who? Oh and the young kids flexing in the men's locker room crack me up .. think I unintentionally photobombed some selfies

This planet fitness is recently updated and the staff is very good, always clean and with new equipment too.The BIGGEST a drawback is amount of unlicensed personal trainers that occupy this location, at times there’s anywhere between 6-10 “ know it all” that are constantly trying to recruit you for their own personal training program, although most need a trainer themselves, they have zero knowledge or are not certified with any qualifications.
