I signed up yesterday and am frustrated. I was convinced to sign up for the personal training yesterday, then decided it's not within my budget to do that. I tried calling, texting, and emailing the manager over personal training and she did try to call once, but when I tried returning her calls, she never answered. I wanted to hurry and cancel it since I had an appointment with a trainer scheduled for this morning. I called the front desk instead and they seemed extremely helpful and said that since I had signed up that day, it would be an easy fix and had it taken care of while I was on the phone. I assumed that meant they would notify the trainer and let him know. Then this morning I got a call from the trainer asking if I was still showing up. I explained the situation and he said that I already paid, so I might as well used it. I had looked in the contract and saw that if I cancel within 3 days, I would receive a full refund. I figured the trainer wouldn't know the details about policy since that's not his job, so I let him know about that. He said I could come in and talk to his manager. I went in with the purpose of cancelling the personal training, and the manager told him to give me a training session first, then she'll talk to me. I was too tired to fight it. He was a great trainer, again, it was a financial issue. I finally spoke with the manager and she was pretty rude. She tried pushing me to change my mind like 10 times before she finally gave up, stood up, and walked away angrily. I quickly asked her if she would make sure it was cancelled, and she said she'd have to talk to their partners since that's not something she can do. Hours later, I wanted to see what the progress was and if someone was actually doing something about it. The front desk person was very helpful and made sure it was getting cancelled and I would receive a refund. If I have more problems, I am going to a different gym.

Great gym at any price. Even better that it’s affordable. Plenty of weights and benches for everyone. And the hidden bonus is the theater.

The Circle K of Gyms. If you know what I mean, you know what I mean. Nasty, disgusting, never clean and always makes you want to throw up. Clean your freaking gym! Get rid of the 5 people doing nothing and hire someone to clean.

Let's just day.. at noon, not as douchey.. after 5.. well it's hard to get ANY RYTHEM with all the people in there. Just put ur headphones on.. stick to one exercise at a time.. and be ready to pounce on that next machine if it comes open. If u don't want to be background to others insta pics.. avoid this place between 5-11pm.

Tried to go in and just take a look. Wouldn't even let us look without sitting down for a sales pitch. When I go to the gym its to zone out and not deal with people. The atmosphere pushed me right back out the door.

Referred over 6 people here..y only request was to get credit for 3 of my referrals.. almost over a year and 4 times speaking with a manager and still no credit.. instead I get an overcharge twice my membership fee.. week later and still no phone call reverse in charges that they accidentally put on my account.. extremely poor customer service.. thinking am not a valued customer..questioning my referrals.

I really like the facility but at sign up we were promised one thing and now 3 months into our membership things changed. Frustrated and feel taken advantage of from sales team., and no help from the manager.

No steam room and that moisture is really helpful in a desert environment but a good cleanly run exercise place with a small pool that is at an acceptable temperature so all in all it’s a really good asset.

Liars, thieves and this skin little boys run this place. GM Julian Hernandez where you at? I thought you fixed this place. Sad. The resolution to this issue was me canceling my membership. There was no satisfaction in this. It was the last resort after 4 months of being lied to. Do better EOS!

This place never says NO were full! Always packed! Never can get to equipment, no loyalty to those were here from day one ! Dirty! My brother got ringworm from here , iv now had it ! Fix this or loose business
