Good Gym for the price. My teenagers are members and it’s perfect. Not my thing as I feel it’s more for the young adults etc.

I absolutely LOVE going to the High Fitness class every Wednesday at this location. Suzanne is the best instructor and she makes the class so fun, yet challenging!

The child care is phenomenal at this location, I'm extremely grateful for all the lovely childcare works at this location. They go far and beyond, the children look happy during the 1-2 hours workout. Thank you.

Caution for parents of babies in the kids club- things seem pretty fine for toddlers and older children but twice now my youngest 9 month old has had to be picked up crying uncontrollably (very unlike him) and he acts like he's been hurt/scared. I'm told he has been crying since I dropped him off but when I checked the feed 20 minutes in, he was fine and not crying.Most likely he hurt himself while the caretakers weren't paying attention- I've observed a lack of attentive supervision on both occasions.My older 2.5 year old seems fine and was interacted with occasionally.The gym itself is fine and the staff is generally friendly and professional.Just wanted to leave this caution here in case it helps another parent.Update:I've logged back in to see the response here from Lona Ness and have received a call from the manager of this particular kids club which was absolutely professional, reassuring and appreciated.

The gym was good, it was always crowded though, no matter what time you went.If you ever want to cancel your membership. It’s basically impossible. I cancelled back in November and they kept charging my card. I called and explained it again to them and they said my membership was cancelled again but it wasn’t. They still charged me for another 3 months. I had to deactivate my credit card so they wouldn’t keep charging me for services I cancelled months ago.
