Super crowded. Too many people using the benches in the free weights as tables to put their stuff and not using the bench for exercises.

TOO MANY PEOPLE!I don’t pay monthly to walk around for an hour finding open equipment. It’s like this at every location in my area it’s ridiculous

Overcrowded gym. Employees aren't given the power to resolve anything on their own due to "corporate policy". Cancelling is a total nightmare. Overall I'm very disappointed.

I've had a great experience at EOS. I love my trainer Baylor. She is uplifting, positive and tough. She keeps me motivated and feeling like I can do anything!

Love EōS but still room for improvement!Good facilities, broken equipment is fixed slowly, lot’s of people at peak times (7-9a & 5-7p) not enough space to get any work done unless you are there for 2 hours.

A lot of their machines are old and needing to be replaced, you can rarely get on the machine you want because you'll find other members catching up on their emails while sitting at the machine. Haven't been able to find a time to go that's not super busy.

This is the busiest gym I have ever been to in my 33 years of working out. I was assured by the manager via email that the opening of their Queen Creek location will alleviate the overcrowding. Don't believe it! The QC location will be 7 miles away. It won't even make a dent in this insanely packed gym. There are already locations 2 miles and 5 miles away that don't make a difference. They could literally build a 2nd full gym in the empty lot next to this one and it STILL WOULDN'T BE ENOUGH! I have visited this location mornings, mid-day, afternoon, evening and even in the middle of the night on a weekend and have NEVER counted fewer than 90 people on the gym floor. The worst aspect is the high school aged kids working out in packs of 3-6 commandeering machines for 30-45 minutes. If they would build 2 more locations within 3 miles, that would make sense. This gym is pretty clean, good selection of equipment (though it isn't placed well), and extras like swimming pool, movie room, and classes are good. It's just that their membership enrollment is easily triple what it should be.

Been using this facility since the beginning of its existence, it's becoming more crowded and lately uncomfortable for a indoor facility fans have been off or minimal use, the staff has been very friendly and good equipment choice

I lost my AirPods and thought maybe it was at the gym. The guy that helped me was so nice and really spent time trying to help me resolve the issue. Love EoS!
