I’m disappointed on how this facility is being ran . The staff is so rude and don’t know how to talk to their customers . I’ve worked at a gym before and this place is being ran like a jungle . Smh don’t waste your money I am trying to cancelled my membership but that’s even hard to do it’s not easy like they say which I knew and I still managed to get dragged to this disappointing gym .

Worst Gym ever ! My husband got both of us full access memberships and I had to cancel mine because I couldn’t take the same child to the kids club in the evening since my husband would take him in the morning while I work …they have the worst customer service also … higiene don’t mención it .!!!!

The manager phillip is rude and doesn't care about the members I am cancelling and going back to planet fitness they never charged more and they were always friendly and helpful. They should replace management.

Frankly I love this gym. I would have given five stars.The manager Chris whipped into the parking lot tonight and hit my open car door and proceeded to blame me. I called the police to difuse the situation. Terrible that his carelessness could have Leto him injuring my children who were exciting the vehicle as he whipped in.

This place has gone downhill every morning I see trash on the floor weights everywhere. Don’t get me started on the restrooms the floors haven’t been mopped in 2 weeks now. I shouldn’t be paying monthly for the bad cleanliness of this place. Hire a cleaning person. Simple

These are the best $25.00 a month I spend in my life, what kind of husband doesn't like a fit wife? She is very happy going in there and I can already tell the difference. Telling your woman "You look thinner" beats any "I love you". 😂😂😂 …

One star since I can’t give ZERO! The manager has no problem dismissing a woman’s discomfort while a man stares at all the women in the gym. Making them feel uncomfortable. And instead of addressing the situation the manager , Phillip Suero tells the women and other family members to cancel their membership since he supposedly can’t do anything about it.

Literally worst experience ever! I got charged $97 the first month even tho I wasn't able to attend once. Then I had to pay another $30 to cancel my membership on top of that they're charging me for the next month like what? Then when I try to talk to them about it, all of the employees were so rude. Total waste of time and money. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED.

The gym is pretty ok. Alot of weights go missing and other equipment. I live in Forney so its pretty far for me but the lady in the Kids club, Michelle, is so nice and caring for my 4 yr old and my 3 month old. Its so hard finding a gym or anywhere really that I could actually trust with my kids.

This gym is a joke! First we couldn’t look around without them taking our information and our ID! Then they offer 30 days free no contract but up front we just pay $2. They say no contract cancel when you want but will still charge you as if your stuck in a contract! My hubby and I got sick with Covid and forgot all about this gym and never used it! Until they tried to charge us $50 for annual fee and the first month. We call and try and get these fees removed as we only want the 30 days free we belong to another gym already. Mind you I only visited this gym once! This off the wall billing company ABC billing/ customer service that’s overseas refuse to let me cancel without me paying the yearly fee and the first month upfront and a late fee! They have been trying to charge my card daily that I had to cancel it! What a gimmick! I called the manager “Shannon” at the Grand Prairie gym and ask how do you charge an annual fee upfront for something I don’t want to continue for a year? I will be contacting the BBB…. and anyone else who will listen! Beware they won’t cancel you and will keep charging your card! Low budget gym..only out to get your money!
