Definitely false advertising on the outside of the facility! It states 24 hours on the building I pull up to get a membership and it's empty! Change the sign or the hours. Waste of gas..Back to planet fitness for me.

Worst gym experience ever, cancellation isn’t free so they not only lie to you but don’t help either. Gym is dirty, restrooms are always disgusting and machines are gross. Never going back and never recommending. These people are just money hungry 😂. …

I was so excited that we had found the perfect gym for the kids and us, unfortunately thanks to the “regional manager Mr. Andrew” in Grand praire location, made us change our mind to down grade our premium plus membership or even cancel all our 3 premium memberships with this gym!!! He was so rude and not willing to help nor did he apologize for his crazy interaction he had with my mother and I this morning. He needs to learn how to talk to customers and stay in his position! I got my mom premium plus membership so she can work out during the day and be able to take her grandkid, Mr. Andrew stated only “parents can take their children and he needs to enforce the rules” well make sure you enforce the rules for everyone and all your colleagues are following the same rules! I must feel sad for all those grandparents who take care of their grand kids and are not able to take a break nor workout for this ridiculous rule, what a joke! I understand the part of having a limit of two kids but come on, you should start checking birth certificates to see who the real parents are for everyone else!!
