CLUB4 Fitness Grand Prarie

I like this gym but I will say this because I am very disappointed that the steam room has been out of service for over a month. Can you please fix it. Thanks

Horrible management. Refused to shut down when everyone had covid. Some even still worked when they had it. I wouldn’t go to this location. They don’t care about our well being and our children’s well being.

I love the gym and the friendly atmosphere but the weights are always disorganized or Missing!! The trash is always full!!!

Pros: large facility, variety of equipment, multiple areas in facilityCons: equipment is fraying, buttons are missing off of multiple machines, equipment is often not put away, manager information is not visible, policies are vague

Cool gym overall , nasty restrooms , lady up front with sleeve tattoos was acting like a whole Karen so it ruined my workout mood , rather go to planet fitness if I’m going to deal with that type of energy

Was told everything about the gym and my membership perks but never I had to pay one month ahead order to cancel even if I was in the middle of my current month. Very disappointing.

Best gym I’ve ever been to in my life. It’s getting really crowded but that’s what happens when you’re the best.

Overall good service, the crew is so welcoming and nice.. the facility is clean with sanitary stations near most of the workout areas..I know I just started going but the friendly smiles is what keeps me going daily

Awful experience, they are hungry for money you can use de hydromassage once per day ( no more than 10 min) even if you pay $25 montly membership. Do not waste your money going there.

I absolutely love this gym! It has a lot of brand new equipment, and it’s not super crowded. You can easily get your workout in which is very important. ❤️
