I don't recommend this place to any what so everThe manager is rude some staff thinks they are all that an the restrooms much less the machines are always dirtyThe kid area is something else the manager in There I guess is never in there she always disappears an she doesn't look professional at all an also among other things she doesThe sauna area always is crowded an the people that use it don't care to be considerate an also the people that do use the place they talk very rude an have Long conversations an take up machines for long periods of time an really tell me how are some people who care how they progress gonna know if they don't take pics I mean really why not it would be on that person to sY something not the gym telling u u can't takes picsPmse do not use this place

They didn’t let me in because I was wearing crocs. This is the first time this has happened to me the whole year that I have been going here. The staff was also very rude, she didn’t even acknowledge me when telling me I couldn’t wear crocs, she told my boyfriend to tell me I couldn’t wear them. What even is that

Giving this gym a 3 star rating. This is a good gym. It’s clean, the people there are nice at times, great equipment, etc. I was working out a few days ago and I had an employee come up and ask me “Do you have athletic/tennis shoes?” I was wearing slides and I told her “No I do not.” She then said “Well unfortunately you can’t workout today.” I assumed it was because I didn’t have closed toed shoes, which is understandable because it could’ve been a liability issue if I were to hurt to myself. The only complaint is she didn’t explain to me why I couldn’t be there. I didn’t think I was bothering anyone. I was minding my own business and doing what I love. I did reread the policy, so I do apologize for that on my account. However, I do suggest management train their employees how to approach customers. One mistake can lead to a bad turn.

I like how they have everything set up friendly staff clean GYM and more than anything lot’s of equipment I really like it and they are open 24 hours

I joined about a month ago and attend daily during lunch.I'm really not sure what all the negative reviews are about. This place is the cleanest gym I've ever been to - I've probably been to ~30-40 over my years working out. The staff are always vacuuming, dusting, wiping down equipment and the bathrooms. It's almost too clean lol.The equipment is all new and in great shape. The place is huge and has any kind of equipment you could want - machines, free weights, tires, 2 turf areas, monkey bar things, powerlifting platforms, various cardio, row machines, sauna, massage chairs, ropes, etc.Staff are always pleasant and courteous too. If there's anything negative I could say it would be that its a tad bit cold for my liking however I understand some, if not most, people like that. That's literally the only thing though.

Love this gym!! The staff is extremely friendly I have had a few times where I needed help and they went above and beyond. Any billing Issue I had the management staff was quick and prompt to fix my problem and got back to me quick. I honestly see how the members don’t appreciate how much this guy that runs it really puts forth a lot of effort to make sure this place doesn’t fall apart. I actually experienced him addressing someone and heard him actually talk to the customers with a lot of respect and even tried coming up with a compromise with the customer. Club 4 keep doing what your doing great facility. They really keep it clean also!!

The manager and WHOLE staff here are welcoming, kind and considerate. The entire facility is ALWAYS clean, from saunas to bathrooms and most importantly the main floors. Paper towels are always stocked and coffee is always available in the coffee bar. The daycare manager and staff are phenomenal. My 3 children's absolute favorite place to be, second only to the park LOL. Best gym around.
