Love it !!!!!I’m just confused as of the open 24 hours sign but it says it closes at 11pm but people are still getting here and it’s 10:52 can I get an answer??

If I could rate no stars I would . I started work here for 3 weeks . the pay they pay you for all the cleaning task & being up front isn’t enough. I took this job to help pay bills but honestly the environment is trash. When I started 2 people quit bc of the AGM. Management is rude . I put my immediate in and was told to keep the shirt & to not walk on the property again & the gm blocked my number before I could respond 😂. Both managers are not the nicest as I thought they were . Agm could use more customer service training on how to speak to customers & your employees.. if you are looking for a job I would avoid applying here at all cost not worth it one bit .

I don’t know why people complain so much about being not being able to cancel the membership I’ve cancel 3 times and re open 3 times with no problem. Management is very nice there’s always someone cleaning around . For me is one of the cleanest gyms I’ve ever been to . And with the change in time I think they did that because theres was creeps at 3 am a seen it a few times. I believe they were homeless people trying to walk up to people . Well I don’t have any problem with time gym so 5 stars .

Don't get a membership here. They make it easy to sign up, but to cancel you're membership they make you jump thru so many hoops. That's why people just get fed up of trying to cancel and just get monthly charges because they don't make canceling easy. Worse gym ever

Pretty nice gym, have been a member since they opened a couple years ago. Usually pretty clean. But some members are inconsiderate and don’t clean up after them selfs for instance wiping down machines or weights or if they do not throwing away their trash. And no putting back weights or equipment. I guess that can happen at all gyms. The other MAJOR thing is that they ARENT OPEN 24/7 anymore. Which really sucks.

ATTENTION PHILLIPIf I could leave zero stars I would.HORRIBLE. Filthy (especially the tanning/red light therapy), management is all about money and contracts. I am willing to spend to get what I want and this is definitely not it. In my opinion, people are so much better off going to L.A., Lifetime, or Planet.CLUB4 will get you into some crazy contract that you don't even know about and then trap you. Please do not give them your banking information.Side note - I have a 10 year old son and 7 year old daughter that actually like going to the children's area. The children's area and front desk staff are warm, welcoming, and gracious. This does not make up for the fact that the rest of the experience is terrible.If this makes it to management....please stop being greedy, unethical, and unhygienic. Feel free to contact me.
