CLUB4 Fitness Grand Prarie

Been coming here for about a month... I like that each section of the gym is separated from each other. They have a few rules I don't agree with, but I understand why those rules are in place.

Came in 15 minutes before closing to sign up for a membership, staff member refused saying it was too late she was trying to go home. Forced us to pay for day passes or leave.

I love this place. Unfortunately, since it will no longer be 24 hrs access… I won’t be able to go here anymore. It’s a real shame cause this was a great place to go workout.

The rude inconsiderate GM canceled my friends membership for something he wasn’t even warned of, but some much stuff goes on in the locker rooms that they’re aware of but don’t acknowledge. Very unprofessional, and childish.

Lol I’m not even a member, just moved to Dallas from houston and was heavily considering this place but after reading the reviews about the manager and staff being rude, childish and impulsively terminating peoples memberships just for their so called “personal training”, I think I’m good on this gym lol, I’ll just stick to the MMA Gym I’m currently at. I just need a commercial gym to work out on my off days lol

4 Words: Disrespectful, Unprofessional, Arrogant, Misogynist.Management is a joke. Honestly my family would go back in a heart beat if Philip didn’t work here. Because overall it was a convenient, close to home gym, well equipped gym.I am appalled at how many other people feel the same about this childish manager. Wild how one person can completely ruin the atmosphere of a gym……EDIT (January 14th 2023): even more unprofessional how the person who responded to this complaint is the one I’m complaining about- this must be a joke. I need a corporate number or this mans supervisor.

Loved this gym location however CANCELLING A MEMBERSHIP IS THE MOST DIFFICULT THING EVER.!!!!!!I have been trying to find a link on the site for hours and have been calling customer service for two months just to be put on hold for hours just for them to say no one is available mean while I’m still being charged for an account I’m no longer using !!!!!! Please CANCEL MY ACCOUNT. I don’t live near your gyms anymore and would like to stop being charged!!!!

This place is hardly ever clean and people don’t wipe the equipment down. The men’s locker room goes does without being properly clean. I’m seriously considering moving gyms simply because of the cleanliness of this facility. Does the closing crew not have closing duties to maintain a clean space?

The facility needs new management.

Tell you a "promotion" to sign up with the higher plan saying you can change anytime, when I went 3 months later that suddenly wasn't available anymore, canceled the whole thing
