Great place, very clean and equipment is top notch. They do take temps and require full gloves, which is a huge plus during this pandemic. I would like to see more “mask patrolling” as there are always IDIOTS on the floor that don’t believe the government mandate applies to them.

Best gym I've ever been to. Clean and plenty of machines, wether it be weights or cardio, I've never had to wait for someone to finish, even at peak hours. Staff is super proffesional and friendly. Benjamin was fantastic helping me get back up and rolling.

Not a bad gym for $10 a month. A lot of equipment to choose from. The basketball courts aren’t full sized.NEVER join a gym until the end of the month. Sign up online for better deals.

Previously I gave this gym a good review , but staff has really got comfortable with bad customer service. Maddy and Dylan say one thing, then get confused on what they said. The fake politeness has disappeared, they sit around doing nothing, at least be competent with in your job position. I hate this locationnow.

It is extremely difficult to cancel or update your account with this chain. I've made 4 calls and been on hold for over 4 hours and still haven't been able to talk to a human. The staff at the gym can't do anything but sign you up. This is a poorly managed company that has no respect for it's clients' time.

Love this gym and Rolando is AMAZING! The whole staff is so wonderful, Bijón is fabulous and AWESOME as well. They are so welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind, and the gym is clean and well organized! Recommend, especially for the great price!!!!

Of all the gyms that I've been to, this one is by far my favorite. Obviously we've all had to adjust to this temporary change in the way the things are at the moment. I wasn't surprised when FC and its staff went above and beyond as far as the new guidlines. Every morning I am greeted by the 2 most upbeat and friendly staff members. Zach and Jackie are always welcoming and energetic, even at 7 am. They are sure to put a smile on everyone's face that walks through the door.

I love this gym, it is new and clean.The customer service is not that good...I look forward to using this gym. However i am keeping my other gym membership because they don't have hidden fees and the staff are very genuine at Fitness Nation in Arlington.

I signed up a week ago and want to cancel ASAP. Going back to 24 Hour fitness. It is pricier BUT you don’t have to deal with inconsiderate nasty people, salesman over charging your initial membership fee to get more sales, people standing around staring at you while you workout, people farting in the saunas. Not worth it if you’ve been a 24 Hour fitness member, Save the trouble and do not switch to fitness connection.
