Bad customer service. Too crowded at certain times throughout the day so you end up having to wait for machines. Still haven't returned to 24 hours which was the final straw. A pool and sauna would have been very nice and what happened to the kickboxing classes why do all your gyms not have consistent amenities? I was disappointed when i visited both the Bedford and Arlington locations. Cancelled and came to EOS and i love it so far. A pool, sauna, massage chairs, towel service and more what's not to love. I use to LOVE Fitness Connection but they have gone downhill since COVID.

They charged me 144$, all becuause thier website and app errored when i tried to update my card which my bank switched from visa to master card last moment, I was in the hopsital for weeks recoverying so i could not go to the place and have them update it, when i dis, the tall male, changed it and it wasnt until i got home i see 144$ charge, my food money umtil i get paid, i used the chat becauwse i was 16 people in line on the phone, The first girl i was talking to stop responding with no notice and a new lady gets on, she had no heart, just a stone, she seemed proud to earn money from me through late fees. first customer service that eidnt work with me and try to help me out, I hate this place now but its the only transgener friendly vplave, at leasy the other customers are, I worked out twice since i openee in late decmber for i had to go through a surgry. so this 10$ a month place instead of 20$ i ge4t charged with 144. I strugglee to eat and i ran out of gas on my way to work. I hope yall feel good about yourself.

I absolutely love this gym. The staff are friendly, the machines are up to par, and it is clean, but I hate that they aren’t 24hrs anymore. With the way my schedule is, working out a little later would be best for me, so I’ll have to end up canceling my membership and go to EōS fitness, since they’re 24hrs.

I was apprehensive about coming here because it always looks packed. During Covid I would see a bunch of meat head looking guys still packing the place when driving by.I finally decided to give it a shot because my whole family goes here and I'm someone who is much better about going to the gym with some accountability.Pros: 1) this gym is cleaner than any 24 hour fitness or LA fitness that I've been. People seem a little more respectful here; there isn't gum or trash left on any machines, floors or locker rooms. 2) There is a good variety of machines. One I like I've only ever seen before at the UTA gym, it's like an elliptical but can go with wide strides so kind of like a mix of skiing. There's lots of cable workout options and a giant TRX system. 3) The employees are friendly and not pushy at all. 4) Despite what I saw from the outside before, it's really not a bunch of "meat heads." I've yet to hear anyone yell, drop weights, or block off a bunch of the free weight area. People seem pretty chill. 5) Can't beat the price for the quality of equipment that you get. 6) Nice shower area. 7) There's a women's workout space that includes a cardio room and you can get to it through the women's bathroom or the regular gym floor. 8) Haven't found many busted machines. 9) Automatic toilet flushers; non-flushers had been an issue at other gyms. 10) Sauna 11) the app is really easy to use once you fiddle with it a little. It hooks up to my FitBit, and has competitions. Just a little extra motivation. 12) the free WiFi is actually good and easy to get on to.Cons: 1) no pool. 2) the CLOCKS! Funny enough, but only one clock is right in the whole gym. It's a little annoying to keep looking at my phone. It also feels a little sexist (half joking) that the womens' workout room is set to be like 20 min ahead...trying to tell us something? 🤣 3) They don't leave the classroom unlocked when there aren't classes. I really like being about to go in there for things like free weights on steps by myself or just the few other people that like to use that space. There's not a lot of places here to set up a little station to workout, stretch, jump rope etc. without feeling crowded or in the way. The little grassy area is about all you can get and it feels awkward. 4) The womens' workout area lacks enough space for free weights/stretching. There's two chairs in front of the free weights in there, and they are almost always taken. You have to cram in between a chair and the squat machine or be out in the middle of everyone's way. 5) The women only cardio space is a theater but I've yet to see them play anything in there. It would be cool if they played "womens" movies all the time (Thelma and Louise, Hidden Figures, Bridesmaids, Steel Magnolias, Kill Bill, etc.) 6) could use an extra rowing machine or 2 in cardio and a few less bikes (so many bikes!)Overall, I feel like I get a good value for what I pay, the place is clean, I like the equipment, the employees are helpful and not pushy. None of the cons are deal breakers. That's 5 stars for me. (But please for the love of all that is holy-FIX THE CLOCKS!)

One of the most recent review for Fitness Connection is misleading. They absolutely are not 24h. When I asked the 5am employee, she said “we won’t be for a while”.Other than that, clean gym. Lots of equipment. I’ve been a member at this location for 3+ plus years.EŌS fitness just opened down the street. Much smaller gym but I only got a membership there because THEY ARE 24 HOURS. I pay 3 times as much there just to get a 3am-4am workout. As soon as Fitness Connection becomes 24H again, I’ll be cancelling with EŌS.

It is 5:40 AM and no one has opened the gym. The fate of the gyms hours and the peoples pump shouldn’t rely on wether the employees show up on time or not!!! This gym should already be 24 hours, this is ridiculous! Also, you can’t leave the manager a voicemail because it’s full, how unprofessional!!!

Very clean facilities with several locations within the DFW metroplex. This is definitely a plus when I travel or just want a change of scenery!

Its a scam, please be sure to read and understand the full contract especially if you are taking a personal trainer. No upfront disclosure of terms and condition. My trainer left, they continued to charge, I wanted to close the account but they made me pay for additional 2 months as they they told me its mandatory to give 2 months notice. Very rude customer service
