Pretty good gym. And the staff are nice. The equipment is always kept in good shape. I wish there were more weights for the barbells though.

Variety of machines and squat racks but your greeters and people in the front have terrible customer service. They just talk amongst eachother. No good morning or welcome or even a hello. I have been the first to greet the establishment many times. Doesnt set the tone very well unless you need to be mad to get in a workout lol.

Is there a way to give negative stars? Tried to cancel in October, they informed me I had two more months to my contract. I asked for it to be cancelled as soon as it was up. They told me okay.Yet still billed for January. I have tried calling multiple times and had extremely long wait times. Finally able to talk to a rep/Laura after a 50 minute hold time who told me that my contract does not end till the end of January, not what I was told. Asked to cancel and then told okay, you can cancel but it wont be cancelled till the end of February because it requires a 30 day notice. I have now given a 3 month notice. Even if the notice was today a notice would put me at February 4th, not the end of February.Never even stepped foot in the gym. This is a purely customer service review.Horrible!

Was very sad to learn that all early morning classes have been removed from the schedule & instructors notified right before the holidays. We’ve received no communication from the actual Bedford location other than things are changing. My instructor reached out to let me know. However, not everyone has contact info for trainers. Your two BEST instructors were offering early morning classes. This is in poor taste & the changes you are making are not going to be well received. I’ve been a member for a long time & invited many friends to join. I’ll make sure they know how you treat your contract employees.

This is a bare bones fitness gym. It has all of the weights and equipment for your workout needs but not many of the extra features like a pool.I guess I can't be too harsh as the place still has a sauna room, basketball court, and fitness classes.I pay only $10 a month so I can't complain. One thing I wish they would get rid of though is their annual "maintenance fee". I feel like they get enough from their customers that they don't have to charge this extra fee.

The staff at this location is awesome and helpful! It’s always clean and it’s always neat! The members that go here are still wiping down after workouts and are putting up the weights back up is amazing! Even when it’s packed all members are nice about not hogging machines or using 3+ at one time. The managers here are amazing and helped me out when a different location didn’t.

Not pleased with my experience with Fitness Connection. I maybe went 2 or 3 times and they got hundreds out of me. Will not ever sign up again. For what is offered and what was paid for. Not worth it. Customer service was of zero help! I will take my business elsewhere to a place that has better customer service and can offer more.

Great gym, lots of equipment makes it possible to get a good workout in even during peak hours when it’s packed. My only complaint is the dumbbell section is very cramped. Three rows of benches make it to where you have to maneuver your way to a bench in the second or third row between people and other benches, not a good thing when you have 70+ pound dumbbells on each hand. They don have plenty of dumbbells thou but it would also be best if they were all at the same height rather than bending over to grab heavy dumbbells that are on the bottom row. My fix to the problem is one long row of benches and dumbbell rack to be one row, at a more manageable height. That or rearranging the benches to where there is more room between them to walk around in. But that’s just my opinion.

About a month ago, my girlfriend and I went in for the first time. It took some convincing to get her through the doors, because of her anxiety and etc. I reassured her that the experience will be great and staff was friendly, from what I’ve heard. But sadly, I was mistaken. We waited at the guest desk, standing there, for a bit wondering what to do. No one helped us out until I got their attention. I informed them that it was our first time in and it was straight to business no welcome or greetings. Straight into scheduling something with a trainer. The trainer who was standing there decided to take us up under his schedule. He then said something that completely upset my girlfriend and I. Saying something along the lines of “I know neither of you have been to a gym before and I know it’s probably scary getting healthy.” Because of this disrespectful comment, my girlfriend won’t step foot in this gym again. Because of this blatant show of disrespect, I will no longer being coming here and canceling my memberships. And I suggest others to do the same. Please beware. Thank you.

The teacher no showed two weeks in a row for class and there was no notice, bunch of us standing around waiting. Poor guys at the front desk didn’t have info either. What’s the point of the app with the class schedule if you don’t tell people when classes are cancelled. Came specifically for class, waste of time!!!
