Nice place they have alot of machines they only need more nice workers the ones on the location not friendly

Good spot! Not only do they not require a contract which is rare, they have a plethora of high end equipment. It is slammed at 5:30 on a week day so plan accordingly.

so I decided to go ahead and get back in the gym, the that I was supposed to go back a had a serious battle with covid which in turn made very weak as well as breathing complication.When I was able to call and inform them of the situation they gave me the run around and then they finally gave me the operating manager no. Which he never answered or returned my calls in reference to canceling membership and getting reimbursement for not being able to proceed with membership up until this day I haven't heard from anyone.im just disgruntled about this hold affair and hope someone benefit from this review.Because obviously they don't care to resolve my situation appropriately. Hope no one gets bam boozeled like me.

I like this gym and I’m glad I’m back! It’s very clean. Staff is friendly and the prices are WAAAY better than they used to be 2 yrs or so ago.

I’m a huge fan of this Gold’s Gym location! They have got an incredible mix of machines and cardio equipment. Love the Cardio Theatre as well. Highly recommend you check them out!

I love the golds gym, I cancel my membership at other fitness center because equipment was lacking. The golds gym has almost every machine/ equipment you need to workout every body part. Besides that the gym is awesome.(update) Housekeeping has improved. Will most definitely recommend.

Corey at golds gym is disrespectfulI canceled my membership years ago and they say I owe 500 bucks. Golds gym in waxahachie will steal your money and make it darn near impossible to cancel your membership. Do not go there they will Rip you off.

I started back in gym for cold weather. Normally prefer outdoor exercise. But Golds has been very nice. Valerie has really helped me find my way around and super friendly. I do miss Kimberly’s cycle class hopefully it will start back on Wednesday nights. Always clean.

I became a member in 2018 in part because of the atmosphere and the stationary bikes but mainly for the pool. I have bad hips and knees and and needed this equipment. In summer of 2020 I was excited about it opening back up from the pandemic, but the stationary bikes were in disrepair and no one really cared about fixing them no matter how many times I would point it out. The final straw was when you made a corporate decision to do away with the pool. I immediately canceled my membership. The pool was a God send and I looked forward to it at least twice a week.

Golds gym was great. Very clean. The staff was so friendly. Valerie was extremely helpful. She was so kind and always greeted me when I came in the building, she made me feel welcomed, which most gyms don’t.
