Everyone is so welcoming and helpful. From the moment my husband and i signed up. Everyone we have worked with has been amazing. The amenities here are awesome and it is always so clean. There are so many machines and classes.The day care is also fabulous. The people there are so sweet and they actually engage with yoir kiddo and not just leave them to be. Im so greatful for everyone and tge chance to have some self care.

I had an amazing facial from Shaina at the LifeSpa! I have a been a member for a year and half and I love it here. I get hair and massages and love the yoga instructors. The front desk and Cafe workers are also amazing. I’m not sure how I lived my life without Lifetime before!

You pay a lot, but you get A LOT. It is a quality experience from parking lot through shower, and waving bye to the smiling front desk. Clean, sophisticated, community building, and nutritional experts. Passionate and consistent fitness professionals. Value in going enough so your monthly costs are about $5/visit, whereas a drop-in group workout elsewhere can be $30+.
