BEWARE!Signed a 1 year contract and was never told I had to cancel or the super fine print automatically puts you on a month to month charging you unwillingly. Never received phone calls and only noticed bc of a email popping up saying I owe for 2-4 back months, THIS IS A LEGAL SCAM GYM !!!! Not to mention facility is always under construction, THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER GREAT GYM OPTIONS OUT THEIR DONT LET THESE PEOPLE HURT YOUR CREDIT LIKE THEY DID MINE!!! And they were very rude about it saying sorry you signed the initial startup contract and it's in their... sorry not my problem in other words. SCREW THESE PEOPLE AND THE LIFETIME NAME

BEWARE!!! THEY ARE AFTER YOUR MONEY! we decided to join for ONE month during the summer. whenever we first joined we let the account manager know that we are only wanting to join for ONE month, they said ok we'll give you (me and 3 kids) a ONE month membership PLUS a 7 day free trial for $218 we agreed on the $218 for ONE month! We joined on the 13th of July so technically we should've been fine till the 20th of august because of the "7 day free trial". August 12th rolls around, I go to the account manager to make sure everything was canceled and taken care of he tells me its a 30 day notice so i will be paying a prorated charge for the first 11 days of September, they knew from the start that we were only wanting to join for ONE month so the day we joined was the 30 day notice. i go home, log into my bank account and realize they charged $218 in july which we agreed on, PLUS $20 towards the end of july no clue what that charge was for, PLUS a $190 for august, and the remaining dues for september. 10/10 would not recommend this gym.

I'm disappointed.... It has been about a year since I last visited (as a guest). I really thought I might join? This place has gotten dirtier (I guess I shouldn't be surprised, it is a gym, albeit an upper echelon gym). The bathrooms are dirtier (I visited 5 shower stalls before finding a shampoo/body-wash dispenser with product), the rock climbing has "oil residue" from all the human hands ..., bike class smelt & music too loud to hear your own thoughts, and more. It was way-too crowded (double edge sword, busy is good for business but adds to the problem). This place makes too much money to not be the most facility in the entire area.

I love this gym! It is a great place for the whole family. My kids always get the option for either Rock Climbing (on their auto-belay indoor rock wall) or swimming at the indoor or outdoor pool depending on the weather. An Ultimate Protein shake from the Lifetime Cafe is a perfect end to a hard workout -- 24 grams of protein AND it's delicious (I recommend the chocolate whey with peanut butter and banana. Mmmmm!). I've swam laps, rode the water slides, sat in the sauna, the steam room, and the hot tub. I've shot hoops, rode in a bike class, and just chilled in front of the T.V. Come to think of it, there isn't much I haven't done! Probably because I can do it all in my Lifetime!

Great atmosphere, plenty of equipment, clean and spacious, all employees are polite and smiling. Coming here is my reward after a long day in front of computers. There is also the steam room; the added eucalyptus oil is a wonder when the weather is cold !

Children allowed to play in the locker room and in weight areas. If you are looking for a serious adult gym, this is not the place. Staff also not very engaged with the members. Do like the classes. Just not worth the high membership price for the overall experience.

The facilities at this location are excellent and even when it's busy it doesn't feel TOO busy - the staff is really friendly as well. Only complaint is the original guy we signed up with lied about "no contracts" etc, we were VERY clear with him we wanted a month-to-month and he put us on a year contract. I recommend really reading the contract before signing it, don't just sign it in the office straight away. It's worth it just in case you think you might need to get out of it before your year is up or just to make sure you give the sale to someone who's honest with you. Their cancellation policies are pretty bizarre, so buyer beware. It's a nice gym to be stuck with though!

There's like a hundred signs posted in there telling you what people are allowed to do and not, but don't worry because the Management doesn't in force them. I got the same "Sorry, there is nothing we can do about it" excuse from the weekend management. My problem is the indoor lap pool is suppose to be reserve for Adults, and kids with supervision of the ages 12 and older. The same sign also says "to share the lanes". A family with 4 little kids (4-9 or so) where using almost the entire lap pool. Unfortunately the only time I can get great service here is after 10pm, since no one else is there.I should mention their is two leisure pools, and set " family swim times". When I was trying to swim, there was no "family swim time" allow.

My credit card was overcharged. There is just one person at the gym that can do refunds, Marina Martinez, who is never available over the phone, doesn't work on weekends and take 2-3 days to answer her phone messages; just to let you know that it takes 25 days to make it effective and force you to choose a rollover discount for the next payment. Very poor customer service and inefficient administration. Whenever you have a problem specially regarding payments you will get a headache because this people really don't care. The main administration is not in Texas and they are highly dependent on them. They can't even modify the A/C with out their permission.

This club is great unless you're dealing with the management and/or child care center. The management never seems to have any real ways of "fixing" anything besides giving you the pathetic excuse of: "I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do". And the child care center workers seem to be more occupied with chatting it up with each other than engaging the children and making sure the babies aren't hurt by the older children. I don't know how many times I walked in on toddlers/babies standing right in the way of where the doors could really hurt them and the workers were just laughing it up with each other and completely neglecting the toddler/babies! They need much better management at this gym for the price of the membership!
