The manager, Lisa, deserves to be fired!!! Treating members so disrespectfully. She obviously has a terrible ego and power trip issues. Shame on her and shame on Lifetime for allowing this to happen! People PAY to be here. Not the other way around.

I actually give 0 stars; I was forced to give one to be able to post. Filing criminal trespass charges against a patron because he removed his mask before the manager thought it was appropriate is despicable. The manager in the video I watched was rude, disrespectful and condescending. Nothing more than a bully trying to impose her will upon others.

If you are worried so much about the coronavirus, then close your doors, stay at home, and enjoy your bankruptcy. People cannot work out without being able to breathe. The manager's behavior was nothing short of despicable and unprofessional.

Wearing a mask to protect others is an intentional act of kindness.Thank you Lifetime Fitness!I have been a member for almost 15 years now. During this pandemic I do not feel comfortable to come. However, I thank you for understanding and applying this intentional act of kindness.We are not 5 years old. It’s a piece a cloth....cloth.

I feel like management is not interested in retaining older customers. Management in general has gone downhill since the reopening, questions and problems are met with rudeness and derision. This Lifetime needs an attitude makeover and a reminder that we PAY to come here!! I have been a member since 2007, and the current management team is the worst I, and many others, have experienced!

This gym is the WORST. They will actually call the police on you AND revoke your membership if you remove your mask while you work out. What an embarrassment. With all the talk about high risk areas, the gym should be the safest yet this gym chooses fascism over freedom. I will NEVER enter the doors of another Lifetime fitness ANYWHERE.

Exceptional facility. Nice gym goers. Service by management is lacking.An additional charge has been added to mine and other accounts without consent.Upon an internal review submission Leslie called and left a message about reinstating the LF bucks, but did not return my call.I recommend no one get LF Bucks, unless you’re immediately going to use them.

Been a happy and loyal customer of this gym, until I had my encounter with the manager Alycia. She was very disrespectful and rude. As I was trying to discuss the issues I was having with my account, she couldn't even give me the courtesy of looking at me and talking and was blatantly looking at the screen in front of her. At one point, she was even mocking me. I will be discussing my encounter with her as a whole to corporate. Absolutely appalled that a manager for a gym with this magnitude has such behavior.
