It's always clean And things are always stacked Thanks to a Manager name Nick . Used to go to the one at Arlington Texas Was always dirty things were never stack sprayed Was empty all the time. The one in grand prairie is out of my way but it's always clean so I take the drive. Thanks NickThanks Nick

I love this location I came from the Ennis location and I really enjoyed the environment and experience. Nick was working the front desk and he was very attentive and kind. He made me feel welcomed and had good vibes and energy. 10/10

I love coming to this planet fitness, Nick and Emilio make it fun to keep coming to the gym and keep everyone motivated from the moment you walk through the door, until the time you leave. Very clean and plenty of machines to choose from. This will always be my favorite planet fitness :)

I have been to almost 10 different planet fitness locations from here to Ohio and I must say this one is the best. I was greeted by the friendliest host , Nick, and felt at home as soon as I stepped foot inside. Thank you GP PF!

This is a great location, I needed a bench press and I was going to go to a different location but with the help of Nick Nash (the worker) he helped me get a bench press he’s always so kind to everyone! He definitely needs to be promoted to manager…. He does an outstanding job at this place!

I’m a new member at planet fitness at this location. Now these past few days the vibe has definitely been different. I’m giving five stars because it’s great when my guy Nick Nash is here. He keeps it clean, it’s a good vibe when he is here, and he interacts with us. Most fitness gyms, the workers don’t really do that and he does. 5 stars to my guy!!!

Switched gyms and I gotta say I definitely love this one way better! Usually go late nights and I’m always greeted so kindly and welcoming by Nick! He always makes sure to ask if I need anything. Definitely recommend this gym to anybody looking for a good workout, clean gym and friendly staff!

Had to change gyms got kicked out of club 4 fitness for bringing a guest during non business hours. And planet fitness is always clean and the guy in the front that is there overnight is the best. I don't know his name but he has a tattoo on his face. And he is so friendly and welcoming! I like it so far only thing I wish it had is a sauna.

I recently had terrible experience at Club4 Fitness after being a member for only two weeks. Shortly after I became a member at Planet Fitness where the customer service is top notch. T signed me up and answered all my questions while making me feel welcomed. I attend the gym in the wee hours of the night (2am), and equally the customer service is second to none. Nick is constantly interacting with members, cleaning the facility and arranging weights. I appreciate the over the top service and plan on remaining a member for years to come.

This is my favorite location! Not only is it spacious but the staff is so friendly and extremely encouraging. Nick and Ash really set the bar high with immaculate customer service. I’m grateful to go to a gym that is inclusive of everyone. I would absolutely recommend Planet Fitness on W pioneer to my peers.
