Had to get on here and give a big shout out to Grand Prairie PFs Nick Nash‼️This morning was the first time in a long time I’ve workout in the morning at my home location on pioneer pkwy. Nick was outside cleaning the parking lot as I was walking up to the building. I greeted Nick a good morning, he says “wait a min I know your name”. Couple seconds go by then he says Danny‼️ I was like yup lol ‼️ The awesome thing is with my job I have had the opportunity to workout at planet fitness locations all over Texas and I have yet to encounter a Planet Fitness employee with the kind of hospitality and respect that Nick Nash shows to clients he deals with in a daily basis. The way Nick builds personal relationships with the clients at PF is unmatched‼️

I just wanted to take time out my day to give a s/o to Nick Nash!! His customer service was awesome.. I came in just for a work out & I found my home gym <3, coming from Indiana.. I will be at this location for now on this is home & he definitely made it feel like it!!

This was my first time at this location and I was amazed by how many amenities this location had in comparison to the other surrounding locations has (2 stories, an updated locker system, more weights available, weighted balls that aren’t at the other locations, etc) . I was even considering changing gyms all together until I came here. If you are in the DFW area and there is a different location closer to you, I would bet money that driving the extra few minutes to this location will be way worth it. satisfied AF! I had nick nash help me transfer to this location and change some account info , he was super friendly and helpful. Didn’t make things complicated or difficult.

Definitely the nicest pf I've been too, never seen one with a second floor. Literally all the staff is really nice and have no problem helping with equipment. It's clean, plenty of equipment to work each part on your body at all angles. Shout out to Nick and the whole team

Nick was amazing. I don't have enough words to describe how friendly and helpful he was for my fiance and I. We came in trying to cancel our account due to a financial hardship going on with us, including funding our wedding coming up. Nick went ABOVE and beyond to do whatever needed to happen with the best interest of everyone. Hands down the best location and will have be coming back to sign up once everything is all good. Nick is the guy!

Nick Nash is a phenomenal, caring, loyal, respectful, patient employee. I was having an issue transferring my membership and he worked so hard to straighten everything out. It took awhile because I didn't quite remember a few important details since relocating to Texas. I appreciate him being friendly and making sure he speaks to every member that walks through the door if he's near. I've watched him on several occasions talking with members and if there's an issue he will work to rectify the matter. Great customer service has minimized itself in this day and time but he makes sure his customer service is 100% at all times. He truly is a great dude and an all time hard worker who any employer would want on their team.

This is the cleanest PF that I’ve been to. Every time we’re here and Nick is here he’s always cleaning and making sure it looks inviting and smells great. He greets everyone when they come through the door, calls you by your name and always offers his assistance. He is truly an asset to the entire Planet Fitness franchise. Keep up the great work Grand Prairie Planet Fitness and Nick!

Love this gym! The front desk receptionist Nick is the best, always greeting people with a smile and a positive attitude. I always feel welcomed in this gym and without him, this gym wouldn’t feel the same . He definitely deserves a promotion!5 stars .

Great setup on this particular planet fitness. 2 stories. Track and cardio and some abb machines upstairs. Downstairs is Smith machines one wall, long wall is dumbell and cable towers. The middle is all your exercise machines

I love it I love it I love it from the staff to the setup. Nick and the crew always have a warm welcome for you as soon as you step in the door. The facility is extra extra clean and always smells good for a gym. The only downside is the lighting in the parking lot in early mornings. Turn on some lights guys...lol
