I had my wallet stolen from my home.Inside my walletInside my wallet I had a card with my checking acct. inside it. I had to cancel my checking acct. It took me over a month to try to get Planet Fitness to accept a different accountI don't want to release my new checking account instead I want to use a credit card which they refused to use.They want to lose a customer after 4 yearsIf they want to try to charge on a cancel checking account that was compromised I will take them to court and sue the hell out of them.

They give very bad customer service. It’s easy to take money for everyone just one click for sign up online. But when you need the cancel, they make you hard work that you have to give up and they can steal your money that way. I signed up member, but you just ít few days for first month. Then I asked for cancel, they keeps delayed to steal my money every month. Then the people work there, he said I don’t have do anything after a year, it will auto cancel it. But after the year, they keep charge me more money, and the team support said that’s fee for auto renew, and if I need cancel it I have go to local for sign paperwork. I wonder why you can let people sign up for you steal money easy, but you don’t want to refund their money back? That way how you make more money from stealing money from people? NOT RECOMMEND THIS FITNESS, since they have no good service for customers. And don’t trust to good review, because they can pay for reviews service to help them have good reviews.

Cancellation fee is crazy facilities are meager you know what your getting here just could let this 4 star rating slide we’ll all know this place is 1.5 stars because of predatory contracts

I just started working out here maybe a month ago and so far it has been amazing . This place is clean ALL the time , the staff is amazing . MAUI (Felix) makes my morning with his smile and just amazing warm welcome ! Bathrooms are spotless , just all around good atmosphere here ! It has everything you need without paying a million dollars !

Love this place! so clean and staff is always very friendly, even at 5 am! Felix is always greeting us with a big smile and positive attitude! Definitely would recommend joining at this location.
