If you are looking for a gym to begin with, This is the spot for you. Everything is user friendly with instructions on equipment. It will help a beginner gym goer get started and create a passion for fitness.For anyone who loves barbells, forget about it. They do not have a single barbell. They have Smith Machine. They have curl bars and small barbells for biceps ranging from 15lb-60lb. All dumbbells range from 5lb-75lb. Kettlebells in TRX area range till 30lb. Lots of bikes, treadmills, stair steppers.Facility is clean, staff is friendly, early hours sometimes staff are MIA or asleep…Great little spot to begin your fitness journey.

I just wanted to write this review because I was very pleased with my sign-up experience. Edith was the employee that assisted me and she was very pleasant and explained the whole process with me. I am so excited to get started on my workout journey.

They walks around talking bout a bag , who wants to walking back and forward to a locker when you trying to workout. I wouldn’t recommend no one to this gym .that what you pay money to workout.if the rule have been there .now they jus now saying something bout it …then soon as you walk away from the equipment someone else jumps on it…

I like this place. True 24 hours. Free internet. Good price well kept. Freindly staff. Had some hiccups on billing but they weren't chasing you down.Upgrade and you can use all there facilities. Highy recomended

Professional staff nice people nice environment. However you will see the staff clean the outside equipment which is ok. The main issue the women’s locker rooms and restrooms are not cleaned at all so I wouldn’t recommend showering or using the restrooms I feel like that’s a major concern. One of the main reasons why I left to go to a different gym more clean and sanitized

If you are an early riser this is the place for you in my area. Hydro beds, massage chairs, and red light therapy is nice as well.

Crowded most of the time. At least they come to actually work out. Not like b 4 in the 70/80's where it was a social club, based on how cute u look in your workout fit and had a shape.
