This planet fitness is very nice! All of the employees were welcoming and kind, lots of smiles, and laughter! The club smelled super clean, everything was in great working order, everything was clean, and the environment is very positive

Got the workout in.But. No one at the desk to check in with.Showers and dressing area dirty/trash.Waterbeds 5 and 6 do not work.In need of staff and maintenance.

To me, this place is great. They do tend to get busy, but it's a comfortable feeling inside, still not like other places. Everyone is always friendly, and the equipment is NEVER broken down. And they keep it all so clean. People say a lot of negative things about PF. Please check them out for yourself. I think you would be impressed.Sure, they don't have a ton of free weights, but they make up for it with all the great equipment. Love the massage chairs.

This is my gym. It's been a while since I felt part if a Home Gym. This is the place I enjoy working out in. It's clean and staff are kind and friendly.

Great energy from the gym goers and staff!! Nice and cleaned throughout. My home gym so yea S/O to the home team!

I really like coming here because its very clean but i rather come early in am or late at night and my only problem is parking lot is always dark.. i asked manager he just said it was something with timers but still think it should be fixed cus us women have to walk across parking lot alone and we never know who is hiding where 🥺.. hopefully this issue gets fixed

I travel all the time for work and use PF locations all over the country. So far this is the ONLY location I’ve been to out of dozens that has enough equipment for lifting; smith squat racks, free weights, weight machines etc. I’ve never seen a PF with 5 smith machines. Very refreshing as most locations have dozens of unused cardio equipment with packed lifting areas.Very large location too. Clean. Nice staff. One thing that was annoying is that there was only 3 cable handles in the entire place so if you’re looking to use two at once for a workout, you’re out of luck. I asked the front desk if there was more and they said no but that there was some ordered. Best location I’ve been to so far.

Stuff are very very rude, they will gang up on you if you complain about anything. Cancelled my membership and I will be actively advising everyone I know not to get membership in this particular location .

Never do membership with them they will charge you. if you not using it and if you move somewhere else they will tell you to come same location to cancel your membership and they don’t have any customer service to talk and complain about the fees. I wish I can give them to bellows the 1star.

Devices are often loose or broken. For example, the benches used at the free weights and Smith machines. At least two of those benches back pieces are loose, which makes working out on them UNSTABLE AND UNSAFE! Then there are machines like the abdominal hammerstrength machine by the front entrance. Peg cannot go past 50 lbs. After that, you either have to force it in or it won’t go in, period. Reported the issue five times. FIVE TIMES in the seven months I was there. Never once was addressed. And finally, do not go at night. Specifically the 23:00 to 06:00 time frame. The male front desk attendant is NEVER at the desk when you need him. I pay for the black card membership to tan after my workout and nighttime is the only time I can do it due to work. I could be waiting at the front desk for twenty minutes and never once would I see him. So I am paying twice the money for a membership and in the end am leaving having only had basic member use. Employees either need to be retrained or fired, otherwise I may take my money elsewhere.
